UPDATE 08-03-2016 I went to the website and decided to give the "chat live" a try. It was a Godsend. I talked with Flip and he was so informative. He just needed my order number and took it upon himself to research the history and the current status of the order. He even looked and read this review to know more about the situation. He informed me where my bike was and how the shipping process works. He took charge and made changes to the order to make sure that I would get my bike as soon as possible. So, THANK YOU Flip! I will be getting the bike on Friday and can't be more stoked about it! Thank you Albe's!!!

I was going to buy a bike from the website. Before buying it I call to ask if they could keep the bike at the store, so I could go pick it up and not pay for shipping. I was told "Sure. Just let us know on the order." Thinking "This is awesome. I get to save money, AND I get to ride in LESS time than if I had payed for shipping." I placed the order. Call the next day and I am told they didn't have it in the store and that it would take a couple of days for it to arrive. I again tried to think positive and realized that it would be cool to go to the new store. But I called today and I was told the bike is still on the way to the Michigan warehouse! Not even the store! This is already bad, and unless the bike arrives magically today or tomorrow, it is not going to get better. I traveled without a bike thinking I can get a new one at "albe's, my REAL local BMX store" but they have disappointed me. I even BRAG about living close to the store in Argentina, since I live there most of the year.
I have bought from the store before. Last time I had a problem with a crank bolt that had it's head rounded. The dude changed it but not before blaming it on me. And now this! I don't know if I'll buy again from albe's. I am sure they make more than enough money to not notice, but I think customer satisfaction should be something important always, and not just most of the time. I just want to get what I pay for, the way I was told I could. That's all.
I'm not going to give 3 stars because it wasn't earned THIS TIME. And I am not going to give it 1 because the company is not horrible. The products are great, and the website works perfectly.

Read moreDans Comp it is next time! Bought several items for my son totaling 110.00, paid for 1 to 5 day shipping on 11/12. We get a email on the 13th saying they didn't have what we paid for in stock and we could wait till the end of the month or cancel order etc... Called that day and they changed out the parts to a different color. Five business days from the 13th would have been 11/20....two days ago. Called today 11/22 and got a guy on the phone who proceeded to apologize and make excuse for the delay being what time of year it is and that the parts had to come from two different warehouses. He proceeded to get pissed when I asked how my son would be compensated for the delay, he said I was being aggressive when I told him what poor customer service this is and the least they could have done was let us know about the delay, I told him no, not aggressive just honest which you don't seem to like. Asked his name, refused to give it. Bottom line is I paid for a product to be delivered within a certain time frame, and now am being told it won't be here until 11/25, 10 business days from the original order date. Read moreThis review has been edited multiple times now. Because of Google's rules on leaving reviews. I Recently had a $1330 dollar "Sunday Soundwave" order with Albes Shop. I had done some research before buying. Also I had called the shop a few times. Both times I called... I got live person on the other end to answer my questions i had about stock. Which means a lot to me to get a live person on customer service! Shortly after that ..I placed my order. My shipment came fast ...and I had a issue with one of the pedals threads having a flat spot on them (Which was a manufacturer issue not Albes fualt) and I was missing a pair of pegs that I ordered. I called the shop. And they quickly rectified the issues i had. By sending out new set of pedals and the missing pegs from my order. So I cant recomend Albes enough. They definitely earned my business for sure! Five star services! Thanks Guys!😉
UPDATE:' I Recently have made many more purchases from Albes including another complete BMX. (WTP Build , Sunday Build. Etc) Building multiple bikes Within the last three months.
