I witnessed the employee named Sandy get in a customers face and encourage the customer to come behind the counter clearly trying to get the customer to get physical. When the customer refused to come behind the counter, Sandy proceeded to get in the customers face and told her to " bring it". Get control of your employees and train them on the return policies as Sandy does not know her job and should not be working in the service industry with her...

I love this place! Clothes and customer service are AWESOME... Only exception, which is why I am giving them an overall 4 ... I purchased some of there bras to go with different outfits... Fit great, comfortable; however, after a few wears the wires came through... Very upsetting considering I purchased several within a couple weeks...
