I'm southern. I know what a good biscuit is and how to make them.....and somehow a place called biscuitville..... doesn't know how to make a good biscuit. I have tried this biscuitville location five times. Each time I get the same thing I always get. And every single time I'm hoping they get it better before I leave a negative review and contact corporate... But they never do. I'm going to dub this... The albino biscuit. Biscuits should be golden brown, with a nice crisp and a soft fluffy center. The biscuits here are pale, dry as a desert and fall apart into a million pieces as soon as you pick it up. I'm not even going to go into detail how unfriendly this place is. But it is definitely lacking Southern hospitality or even a miniscule amount of friendliness when you come inside to order.. Again.... McDonald's makes better biscuits. Go across the street to Bojangles and you'll get an actual decent biscuit. I'm not quite sure how they make their whole existence around biscuits and they still can't make them right. Sausage is normally overcooked and dry as well. And again, I have bought the same thing five times now and it's never been good. I don't think it's all locations because I was telling my friend about this and her biscuitville she said makes golden crisp and soft biscuits. So I guess Clayton just needs to be trained better.

OMG! This place has the best biscuits EVER!! Can't wait to return , I had the sausage egg n cheese which was Lovely. My family had the Chicken Biscuit and the Biscuit platter with grits and what I noticed was that the prices were very reasonable. Awesome restaurant with very nice workers the Customer Service was the best!😊

Just left biscuitville and Rebecca took my order in drive thru. I really enjoyed her enthusiasm her energy her vibe and the positive attitude she has. It really makes a difference especially in customer service. She is doing an amazing job, may she continue to shine bright elevate and glow up in all that she does.

Best darn southern breakfast you can get without cooking it yourself. I regularly drive 30 minutes each way for biscuitville, if that tells you what I think of it. I've been to many different stores and I've never found one that wasn't up to par, so you should be safe going to any of them.

The staff in this location, as well as all locations I've ever visited, is exceptional. They're nice, polite, and usually very efficient. I have seen them flustered and confused a few times, each time during a large rush where something unusual happened. I have never seen them rude or apathetic.

You will probably have a longer wait than you would have at other fast food places. The reason for this is the difference between serving fast food and serving food fast. Biscuitville does not sell fast food. Their food is made in the exact way and the exact quality you would get at home. This takes a bit longer than the mass production of cheaply made food at any other fast food joint. Add that fact to the sheer volume of customers, and you'll get a longer wait time, but the staff at biscuitville handles the volume exceptionally well, in my opinion.

If you visit a biscuitville later in the morning, you will probably see things in a disarray. Unlike other fast food restaurants, they usually don't get a lull between busy times which can be used to clean. In my experience, these places are busy from the moment they open to the moment they close. If things aren't as clean as you'd like them, look at it with a critical eye. Is the disarray due to disorganization? Or is it due to being slammed for the past 6 hours? Biscuitville can't be blamed for their customer's messy behavior, especially if they haven't had time to clean it. It's kinda tough to clean a restaurant if it's full of people.

I realize this place has a few bad reviews, which any place will get over time. Thing is there are a few which are so contrary to what the vast majority of people experience, it makes me wonder what is going on. We all know there are people steeped in entitlement, expecting the world to confirm to their idea of perfection, who would have no problem hurting a business because some vastly overinflated sense of self thinks they have been wronged. I would encourage everyone to pay more attention to the majority of reviews for any place they would like to visit and not to let a handful of abberations make...

My friends and I go here almost 3 times a week for decent breakfast food. Today was definitely not the case. Pulled up to speaker and was greeted immediately, I started my order and waited for a response...none was given...I was not done with my order and kept saying hello for about 2 solid minutes before getting fed up and pulling to the window. I was not greeted just told my total immediately. I said ma'am I'm not even done with my order do you know what I had? The lady repeated what I started to order so obviously they heard me saying hello for 2 minutes and chose not to respond. I said ma'am I sat there saying hello and no one answered to which she replied "We thought you drove off". I finished my order and was told it was 10.12 and the lady took my money and walked off back into the back not saying anything. Another worker came to the window and said "Why didnt she give you your food?" I said ma'am she didnt even give me my change. The other worker handed me the bag which had no plasticware and no jelly and dirty greasy napkins in it. I opened the container to see a thrown together cold breakfast with cheese thrown on top of the eggs, nothing melted, and everything cold. The first lady came back and handed me the incorrect change amount and walked off again. I sat there with a dumbfounded look on my face thinking does this lady think I can't count or is she just unable to make change herself...Look I work in food service, it's not a glamorous job, but at least attempt to do the work..She came back to the window with an attitude saying "What?" I said ma'am you didnt give me the correct change back..She then replied " Whatchu got there?" I said ma'am you said the totals 10.12, I gave you 11.00 you owe me 88 cents you gave me 64 cents back. She huffed, reached into the drawer and pulled out 20 cents and handed it to me. I said still politely, maam I just want to let you know you lost a customer for the way I was treated today, and the food being undercooked. She just closed the window and walked off. I didnt get a receipt or I would have called and asked to speak to the GM being one myself. Absolutely horrible service and quality today and I'll make sure I let everyone I work with know to no longer go to this location. A response from a higher up manager would be appreciated...

The word "SLOW" does not do the experience justice. The place was filthy, trash cans overflowing, the tables needed wiping down, trash all over the floor, and the self-service area needed restocking. There were no big orders in front of ours, so there was no reason to be that slow.

They took the young lady off the register to restock the self-service area with 6 families in the line. Then they sent someone out to "clean" the tables. She sprayed all of the empty tables and then walked off. Six of the nine tables where we were seated could not be used for over 10 minutes while she slowly cleaned a table, walked off, and came back to clean another.

I filled out the receipt survey and got a call from someone at the restaurant. She was very pleasant but used the excuse of being busy and understaffed. There is a difference between understaffed and under trained. They are under trained and have no drive to do a good job. I have been in other places that were busy and understaffed, and the staff was rolling, making it happen, and doing an awesome job. You want to wait on this type of staff. Not the case here.

My favorite Biscuitville has been horribly understaffed, but you can tell they are motivated, moving, and making it happen. The managers are directing the staff and encouraging them at every step.

The manager here is rude, reactive, and has no idea what he is doing.

We have gone to this location only a few times because of convenience and have had only one decent experience. Most have been sub-par. I'm not sure if we will return. I would rather travel the extra time to one of the others.

The location and staff deserve management and training.

Update: They are still slow and the dining area still needs attention more often. The entire dining area needs a deep clean to make maintenance cleaning easier. The food has improved and the staff is friendlier. There are still issues, like changing the time stickers on the coffee without changing the coffee to make it appear fresher than it is.

They still do not have enough staff. There was a line of about 10 orders in front of me and the young lady at the register had to step away from the register evrytime someone want OJ or a specialty coffee to make it. She was the only one...
