Boomerang Kids — Local services in Clayton

I have been to the store a few times now and I’m so grateful to have a kids consignment store locally as a first time mom. However, I will say that I feel like the staff could use some more guidance or training. They are nice and helpful, however multiple times I’ve been in the store they are watching the tv or talking amongst themselves, not really doing anything to help the store. I will also say, I’m not sure that the staff knows the proper procedures for taking consignment drop offs. I feel as if my items were only half reviewed before offering me store credit or cash. The employee only took about 2-3 minutes to tell me how much my items were worth. Other local consignment stores precisely evaluate the items and take a while to do it.
