I've been in the store a few times now to buy/sell sports gear for my kids and I've been impressed with my experiences so far. The staff is friendly and have always offered fair prices on the gear we've sold back. As a local youth soccer coach, I appreciate what this store offers our community.

Some other reviews mentioned too much equipment in the store, which makes no sense. There is a lot, but options aren't a bad thing. I also saw reviews mentioning teenagers "running" the store, but I appreciate the fact that the store owner is allowing the younger group to work there. They need spending money too and I doubt this business model will succeed by paying adult salaries.

Moral of the story: It's a second hand retail store, so make sure your expectations match that before walking in there and complaining that it's not organized like a Dick's Sporting Goods. It's a great store that has plenty of options and a friendly, albeit, younger staff. Keep up the good work Play It Again Sports!...

Had a large piece of commercial gym equipment. Called the store to check if they would even be interested, spoke with an employee named Cooper who seemed to be having a separate conversation with someone else whilst speaking to me. After 15-30 second pauses following my questions, he finally advised me to text his boss, Matthew, with pictures and ask if he'd take it. Absolutely love having play it again sports near us! We are huge fans! The sell process is so easy and I love getting credit for our future sports.
