I was referred to Peacock, Gaffney & Damianakis by the Clearwater Bar Association, expecting a professional and respectful consultation. Instead, I encountered arrogance, condescension, and an overall dismissive attitude. During our initial meeting, he not only talked down to me but made an insulting remark to implying that I “don’t have the kind of money he needs to put on his ties for me and pay for his son’s education.” This comment was both unethical and inappropriate. Before I had even presented my case, accused me of being "a liar and a troublemaker."    Read moreI had a wonderful experience working with this law firm as we begin the process of launching a non-profit private Christian school. From the beginning, the team was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Lisa, the paralegal who helped schedule our call, was organized and friendly, making the process seamless.

If you’re starting a non-profit and need legal guidance, I highly recommend this firm. Their professionalism and genuine care for their clients were evident...

Clerical errors/omissions were discovered that I didn’t expect from professionals who make a living off this process and have represented hundreds of clients. Thankfully I caught them before the paperwork was filed with the courts. The office looks like it is out of the 70’s and when paired with the other details, you can conclude maximizing profit is all that matters to this firm. A google search brought you here….just do yourself a favor and continue on with your search….There are plenty of other firms in the Tampa Bay Area that will do...
