I stopped in at this new location off Sunset point in Clearwater with high expectations. This was my first visit to the store so I had to make a special trip as I live about 20 minutes away closer to the TriCity location which I frequent often. Upon walking in I noticed the layout is much different than my regular store. I seen for the first time ever only one associate working during my entire 20 minutes in the store ASSOCIATE 242919. I noticed right away he did not say hello or even make eye contact for that matter. He looked as though he wanted to be anywhere but there. I browsed the shelves and also noticed they dont carry as much merchandise as my store which is much smaller than this larger store. I was disappointed in that but I understand they could of been out of alot of stock. (Today is Thursday) I found what I wanted and spent around $50. The same gentleman did ask me, as he was checking me out ..if I found everything ok. Which was at least some reaction. I left the store thinking I may not be stopping by this location anytime soon. Read moreI bought a pair of headphones today and I paid 8 dollars for them they didn't connect at first until I put them on the charger they never charged but only to 10% and I cut them on only one connects then i said forget it and I put them on the charger then they connect then disconnect.............hours later I just got back home and I been gone for hours and before I left they were on the charger and I come back home they dint charge at all still on 10% and I might go to the store tomorrow for my money back I am iterated and aggravated because y'all need to sell better products and better technology so that you have great customers and loyal ones this is upsetting that I can have a nice looking pair of headphones to myself that is horrible that I have to come back for a dang return I really was looking forward to using my new earbuds I think that I should get...
Read moreThe workers here were so rude, especially Heather (the store manager), they made me pay twice for the same purchase saying that the computer was down and that if I don’t get the first transaction, that didn’t go through, back to my account to come back 72 hours later and get a refund yet we came back days later and go no refund but was told to do something completely different than what they told me at first.
