Came here last week best breakfast ever came back again. The owner/or manager “Pete” completely inhospitable. Asked a customer to move while they were mutually engaged in small talk and were acquaintances. I come in a moment behind and my guest I came with was walking out the door.. she was made felt unwelcome and uncomfortable for literally no reason. No harm was done just two people in the community pleasantly talking but apparently the seating arrangement was somehow “undesirable” whatever his motivations may be and interrupted.
Community, friendship, and hospitality apparently aren’t a priority to this establishment. Or exercising 1st amendment rights for that matter. When I called to confront he hung up on me after denying the situation.. when I inquired about the situation kindly and respectfully. That is the character of the “man/boy” at the helm.
THE STAFF AND COOKS 5* 🙏 I hope they find better businesses and restaurants to work for and thrive in because the kind pleasant staff that’s always smiling.. and the EXCELLENT 👨🍳s (17 year service industry professional) This “man”ager couldn’t find the sky if you asked him to point at..
I guess take out only but I would hate to give them anymore business to thrive.. so that the crew is forced move onto anything other then that place.
Two thumbs down Queen 🐝 Diner. We look forward to your business obituary! And look forward to seeing those cooks and waitresses in better restaurants!!! Peace and love… but “customer” beware 🤡
No wonder the other location closed 🤔

Read moreACROPOL RESTAURANT IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD. I'VE BEEN GOING IN THERE FOR QUITE A WHILE. NOW THEY KICKED ME OUT BECAUSE I WAS TALKING TO THE LADIES SITTING NEXT TO ME. THE OWNERS DAUGHTER IN LAW SAYS THAT I'M TAKING TO LONG TO EAT MY FOOD AND DRINK. I USUALLY ASK FOR 2 TO 3 REFILLS OF MY DRINK. THEN I GO HOME. I'M A SLOW EATER, NOT A FAST ONE. PLUS I BELIEVE THAT I TIP REALLY WELL. MY BILL COMES TO EIGHT DOLLARS AND SOME CHANGE. AND I LEAVE A FIVE DOLLAR TIP FOR MY WAITRESS. SO NOW I CAN'T GO BACK. NOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE? FOODS NOT BAD. BUT IT TOOK ME A LITTLE WHILE TO GET THE COOKS TO COOK MY BACON THE WAY THAT I LIKE IT. BUT THE OWNERS DAUGHTER IN LAW IS SOMETHING ELSE. I GUESS THAT I'M JUST SUPPOSED TO GOBBLE MY FOOD AND DRINK DOWN AS FAST AS I CAN AND THEN GET THE HECK OUT. I'M A 73 YEAR OLD GUY AND I CAN'T EAT MY FOOD REALLY FAST. SO I'M SUGGESTING THAT EVERYONE STOP AND THINK TWICE BEFORE TRYING THIS GOD FORSAKEN RESTAURANT. NOBODY, AND I MEAN NOBODY DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! N O O O O O O BODY DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS. I WILL NEVER EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, GO BACK AGAIN. AND LIKE I'VE SAID EVERYONE SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THE acropol restaurant. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. AND WHAT A HASSLE IT WAS. I REALLY KINDA FEEL SORRY FOR THE WAITRESS'S, BECAUSE I THINK AND BELIEVE THAT I'M A PRETTY GOOD TIPPER. IN FACT I EVEN GIVE THE GIRL THAT CLEANS UP THE TABLES AND GIVES EVERYONE A MENU WHEN THEY FIRST COME...

I visited The Busy Bee Restaurant on Sunset Point Road this week for the first time since the change in management. I arrived around 7:30 AM and was the only customer in the restaurant, which felt a bit unusual for a breakfast spot at that hour.
On the bright side, the service was excellent—attentive and friendly. The blueberry pancakes were quite good and arrived hot and fresh. Unfortunately, the coffee left much to be desired—it tasted watered down and lacked any real richness.
The biggest letdown was the bacon. My order came with three strips that were so thin and small they barely qualified as a single normal slice elsewhere. Hoping it was a fluke, I ordered a second round—only to receive the same portion and later discover I’d been charged nearly $5 extra. That felt steep for what amounted to three shoelace-sized pieces.
I sincerely wish the new management success and hope they make a few adjustments—especially in portion sizing and pricing—to ensure diners feel they’re getting value for their money. There’s potential here, but some...
