I had an incident occur yesterday 02/06/2025 at Countryside Mall in Clearwater FL. Your store is located right next to the food court. My sister and I were walking towards Pandora when I went to look at your Valentine's Day Collection and my frontal head smashed into the glass. I did suffer having a small bruise and knot/swelling which your staff members did NOT seem to have sympathy for. Your staff did NOT help and only "waved" down a security member who so happen to walk by the store. He proceeded to question the incident and he asked which glass , in response of me showing him. He then had a HORRIBLE comment which stated , "You didn't see that this was a glass here?" Which I felt VERY EMBARRASSED and not cared for as a Pandora customer. He then questioned my vision which I DO NOT wear glasses nor contacts. I was VERY OFFENDED by that comment. I refused medical attention due to his comment and your staff were very unprofessional which they were staring and talking rudely about it. A manager that I talked to over the phone about the incident stated , "You are not the only customer who has hit their head in the glass" which should raise MAJOR concerns as a business. Someone , like myself having a mark/bruise , could be seriously injured ! There should be a sticker that states , "Glass here" and not just a backdrop where customers aren't going to be paying attention to. They're going to be looking at the collection display.    Read moreI have had a Pandora bracelet for a few years and have not been able to wear it as it had a very difficult clasp and I could not do it myself. My mom and I went into the store as we had heard that they could change the clasp for you to make it easier for a person to wear. We were greeted by "Amanda" who was very understanding of my situation, and thanked us for coming in. She showed us different tools/tricks you could try to undo the clasp that I had. I tried them while I was in the store and nothing helped. So, she suggested different types of bracelets. The one she suggested I buy was very easy to get on and off! She also suggested I remove some of my charms as there were too many, and suggested changing when I wanted to and showed me how easy it was to do so. She also went through all my charms and told me how to tell if they were "real" or not, I had no idea that some were "imitation" charms. So, after picking out the ones I wanted she put them on the bracelet and I wore it out of the store! I am thrilled with how easy it is to wear now and do so almost every single day. I also think this bracelet is more "feminine" looking. Thank you Amanda for all your help and understanding! Only complaint is that it is very loud in there and it was difficult to hear.    Read moreI had the associate "Jack" help me with my purchase, From the moment I walked into the store he acted as if he was not interested in helping me. I fully disclose that I had my mask under my chin when I initially walked in and when asked to cover my mouth (I gave no hesitation to do so). So I asked him what he has in stock and would like to see some pieces. Jack showed me a few pieces that sparked no interest. He gave me a book to find something and doing so the conversation was very tense and awkward (He was rushing me and acted bothered he had to help me). I picked two pieces that I settled on (yes, Settled because I didn't want to come back to purchase something else...Christmas Shopping.) As he was wrapping up my gift I saw another associate showing a customer a few charms from a different section of the store. One caught my eye and I decided I wanted one of her charms. This just attributes that he wasn't willing to show me more than this small section of the store and wanting me to leave as soon as possible. If you work in retail than you should be willing to spend time with customers to ensure they are happy. Jack was very unfriendly and a tad condescending.
