We actually found this little hidden gem by needing a local pickup spot for online purchases I made and it was THE BEST choice I've made in a long time. My daughter (who is also my best friend) and I decided while there, we wanted to try on dresses, since she is engaged and I'm planning a vow renewal so I used their super easy online contact form to let the store know we were interested in their wedding dresses and would like to try some on. That's how I ended up in contact with Jessica, the owner of the store, and one of THE SWEETEST AND MOST AWESOME WOMEN I have EVER met! She invited us to screenshot the dresses we liked from their large inventory of dresses in any style you can imagine and then some, and text them to her so they could have the dresses ready for us. My daughter and I had never tried on wedding dresses before, so we weren't sure what to expect. Jessica, Meghanne, and Melissa, made it one of the most exciting and memorable experiences of our lives! Not only did they have everything ready by the time we arrived, Jessica and a potential new employee who was shadowing her helped me into the dresses I had chosen while Meghanne and Melissa helped my daughter get into hers. Jessica has incredible style and she personally picks all of the stunning dresses she sells and within minutes she can determine what type of dress you like and what's going to look good on you. Her taste is impeccable and she has a keen eye for what you want/need, even when you're not sure! We've NEVER felt so beautiful as we did when we were trying on the AMAZING selections. And even though we'd seen them online, they are even better and more beautiful in person, if that's at all possible. My daughter and I spent the entire time with THE biggest smiles, did so much laughing, and just loved the personalized attention that we recieved! We're usually a bit introverted and not comfortable with new people until we've spent time with them but being in All Brides 2 Be was like spending time with friends we've known our whole lives! And these ladies are not just there to make the sale, they are honest and tell you what works and doesn't with your body shape/size but ALWAYS in a complimentary and tactful way. Never once did they have a negative thing to say and never once were we embarrassed nor did we feel awkward, when normally we would have (especially changing in front of anyone due to self esteem issues we both have), but thanks to the warm, inviting, family-like atmosphere that the ladies in this shop provide, none of those negative feelings came out at all! They encourage you, laugh with you, take photos for you, and they truly share in your happiness! And it was at this magnificent bridal shop where I found THE DRESS! The dress of my dreams, actually EVEN BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE DREAMT OF! It's just the most gorgeous piece of clothing I've ever seen or had the opportunity to wear, and as someone who has very low self esteem at times, it's not often I feel even really pretty, let alone as STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL AS I DO IN MY DRESS! I literally cried because I never believed I could feel that special and beautiful and just plain amazing in a dress. Jessica, Meghanne, and Melissa all made it even better with their words of encouragement and confirming what I already felt in my heart, that this dress was THE ONE and I needed to buy it! Not only did I receive an astounding discount due to the dress being on sale, but Jessica was willing to work with me on making a down payment the very next day so that I was guaranteed that nobody else could purchase my dress, which I'm sure somebody WOULD have, since as I mentioned it was at an amazingly affordable price on sale and it's absolutely the most gorgeous dress I've ever seen. Read moreWhere do i begin...brace yourselves for a long read but it will be worth it, in the short do not use this woman for any of your wedding attire needs,On June 21st I found All Brides 2 Be because i was looking for a very specific eddy K dress and she was the only retailer in the area. She not only could order me the dress but actually had one there that i could try on! I paid for the dress in full on June 22nd and was told it would take 15 weeks, I waited patiently without a word from her, at around the 15 week mark I asked for an update on my dress, she responded that she wasn't at the office but thought the delivery date was November. Great no problem Monday November 6th I get a text message from her that states "i received a notice of delay from Eddy K.there was an unexpected situation with the crepe fabric of your dress it will still be here in time January is the updated arrival. they had to fulfill orders by wear date" my initial response was ok thanks for letting me know. a few days pass and I start to think "how odd a huge wedding dress company would have issues with their fabric" so I did my own research contacting the company and another salon only for them to inform me there is no such problem. So on Nov 9th I text her back stating I know there is no problem with the fabric and I expect my dress to be delivered ASAP or a full refund and I would like her to call instead of text to discuss this matter. 6pm still no word So I call her, she tells me on the phone that there was never an issue with the fabric and in fact some other salon actually called her staff member and told her this crazy story about the fabric to mess up her business, sounds crazy right. So I said "wow ok well can you send me a purchase receipt showing the date that the dress was purchased. She responds with “ im not at the office I will send it to you tomorrow” ok sure Nov 10th she sends me a picture that gives no information of when the dress was purchased so I decided to take the ride to Clearwater to visit her in person, she continues to lie to my face and refuse to show me a document that shows the date the dress was purchased. I Do however get from her my order number with Eddy K Bridal. I call them once I leave and they inform me my dress was ordered on Aug 24th not June 22nd(when i PAID IN FULL) and it is at the hub in Canada not Italy But not set to ship until Jan. When I ask why was it not shipping until JAN they said because the retailer has asked it not to ship until Jan OR Because the account is not up to date….in other words the dress has not been fully paid for even though I paid in full in JUNE and it is now NOVEMBER! so I give Jessica the owner a call back and tell her the information I have received from the company itself and she has nothing to stay to me and basically tells me the company is lying… a huge bridal company is lying to me? They would have no reason to lie to me “I inform her there is facts and lies and clearly she is lying and I expect my dress to be here next week” and and after screaming at me that im a LIAR becuase i called the company for myself she says she will get me the dress. 8 days later i have my dress safely at home after 2 weeks of un-needed stress and detective work!
The Bottom line here is she is taking her customers money and spending it in other places and purchasing your dresses based on when she DEEMS it necessary in relation to when your wedding is. My wedding is not until April but i am a planner and have done everything early to reduce any unexpected problems. The other thing i observed while waiting to speak with her in her shop about the purchase date of my dress, was a groom and grooms men picking up their rental tuxs for a wedding the NEXT day and the Grooms Sleeves were not the right length...proving a previous review of her not taking proper measurements.

Read moreBasically, I am writing this review because I (and my fiancé) were treated so disrespectfully and blatantly lied to-- By both the Manager and Assistant Manager.
Long story short, my fiancé is 6ft tall with long arms. We came into all brides 2 be and gave them 100% of our trust. My fiancé was measured by Megan and during the measurement my fiancé and I specifically expressed our concern about the sleeves being too short, Megan assured us that this was only the sample that he is trying on, and that the suit that she would order would come with longer sleeves.
Fast forward, the suit arrives, we go in and my fiancé tries it on, we both noticed how short the sleeves were— it was obvious. We showed Megan and she said that this is easily fixable and agreed that it would need adjustment. So, being trusting, we continued doing business with All Brides 2 Be and paid Megan for the rest of the suit. (Unknowing this is unrefundable -- if unable to be fixed).
I took the suit next door to be altered (Megan gave me this location to go to since it is right next door), so we did. There, my fiancé is told that it would not be able to be altered because the suit sleeves are so short and the typical scenario is to “shorten sleeves” not, lengthen.
We walked into All Brides 2 Be to inform Megan of this, she explicitly stated “This is what you asked for, YOU said that you wanted short sleeves! We don’t do refunds.” I was in utter shock that I, as a customer, was told by the assistant manager, what I and my fiance had said. My fiancé and I both know what he and I said, and I am sure that we did not ask for a suit with sleeves that are too short, as this was our MAIN CONCERN from the beginning, that we expressed to Megan. — she continued to repeatedly say “This is what you asked for! You said you wanted short sleeves. There’s another one that would be longer, but you said you didn’t want it.” Which makes absolutely no sense, why would I ask for a suit with sleeves that don’t fit, and why would the bridal shop allow me get a suit with sleeves that don’t fit, when I repeatedly expressed this as my main concern. — There are some inconsistencies with her story and it was very strange how she immediately jumped to blaming us and telling us how during our conversation months ago, she remembers that we asked for short sleeves. What on earth?!
Ok, almost done. We talked to the Manager (after being told by Megan that everything would be relayed through her, and the manager is way too busy to even talk to us. We pushed for it and she finally called). Well, after talking to the manager, it was clear that they did not care about whether we were happy or if the suit was ordered incorrectly, they just wanted to blame it on us and take our money.
So, in the end, they took our money —also note, they do not give refunds, even if THEY made a mistake— and told us it was our fault. We were so disrespected and if you go here just know that they believe:
The Customer is Always Wrong, and are even willing to lie to your face and make up a fake conversation that was months ago just to avoid blame.
Hopefully, this helps a fellow bride/groom and keeps them from being disrespected and lied to like we were.
If you ask me, they measured and knew the suit he needed was not available and did not tell us, and instead, ordered the incorrect size to make a sale. It is clear, because if they had to lie to try to fix their mistake, it shows that something unhonest occurred.
