I recently tried the grilled chicken at SLO Roast, which comes with two patties. The chicken was fresh and mildly tender—not overly juicy, but still enjoyable. The seasoning was decent, though it felt like it could be elevated to bring out the full potential of the dish.

For sides, I ordered mashed potatoes and fries. The mashed potatoes were outstanding—rich, buttery, and full of flavor. The fries were also well-seasoned and crispy.

Update: 8/28. Tried again, ordered same item, and still no sauce as advertised. I checked all menus, online restaurantndirect, Doordash, Grubhub, Ubereats, all meal descriptions say item served with Peppered BBQ sauce. Don't waste your money. Not as advertised.

It was one of the worst prime ribs I ever had. I Doordash my order. When the dasher arrived, they accidentally gave my order to the wrong driver. The person who was working there said they were out of the prime rib. Doordash driver talked to the manager about my order. The manager said he would see if they had any prime rib left.
