Terrible experience. The owner was extremely rude. Customer service was non existent and the owner called me a liar. This is the location inside of Countryside Mall in Clearwater FL near Bath and Body Works. One reason I brought myself and a few friends here previously was because of the lifetime free adjustments to the jewelry we were told about. HOWEVER, when I came back yesterday to get my bracelet adjusted because it had been stretched out I was told I did not buy the jewelry there even though I had the receipt. I told the women who was working there who apparently was the owner that I had indeed purchased the jewelry from the store, along with several friends, and we all bought the same chain. I again showed her my receipt. She continued to tell me I am a liar and said "I 100% know this chain is not from here because I am the owner". I turned around to their inventory and found the EXACT chain and showed her that it's the same chain I had on my wrist. She did not even apologize or own up to her mistake. She further demonstrated Unprofessionalism by taking a personal phone call while adjusting my bracelet. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere. UPDATE: Since I’m unable to respond directly to the owner's comment, I would appreciate it if the security video could be shared. This would clearly show that I found the exact chain, showed it to the owner, and also to the friend who was with me. Your response only further demonstrates how you’re labeling your customers as liars. If you're truly concerned about your business and reviews, I suggest treating people with more respect. A few months ago my friend took me here to get a permanent bracelet as a birthday gift. The girl who helped us was extremely nice and mentioned to us that if anything happened we could come back and they would reattach the chain for free. I recently went back after one of the links broke and they tried to charge me for it even after I told them that I had bought the chain there and showed them that it was the exact same chain as the one on display. I was thinking about getting a necklace because of how much I liked the bracelet but I think I’ll find another store for that.

Update: I completely understand the receipt issue. And please don’t try to lie to me about her losing the receipt, I was there when I got the chain put on and the girl who did the initial work never gave us one. My main issue and the reason I gave one star was because of how rudely I was treated while I was at the booth. The worker was on her phone during the whole exchange and the entire time I was there I was treated as an inconvenience instead of a customer. If reviews are so important to your small business, then it’s also fair to assume that in-person customer service is as well. I’m not the only person who has left a bad review about being treated rudely at your shop. Perhaps do an internal review before you come after those who are justifiably dissatisfied with how your staff...

I was so excited to take my little sister to get a permanent bracelet for her birthday… unfortunately it broke less than 24 hours later. We returned to our closest store as we were promised that they have a lifetime warranty. We explained that the chain was faulty and the links on the chain kept opening up and catching on items (not the jump ring We were so careful to take it off the clothing and were shocked at the poor quality. We asked if we could get a different bracelet since we could tell this one would give us problems in the future… denied… we asked if we can get a refund since it broke so easily… also denied. We were spoken to in such a condescending tone and were told we were the problem not the bracelet… to say I was shocked was an understatement. The day before she was so kind and upbeat now I can see it was only to make a sale. I COMPLETELY understand nothing is truly permanent, however if something can’t even hold up for 24 hours and then after being welding back on breaks again… I would definitely not call it permanent jewelry. Such a bad experience... Save your money and go to a place with better customer service and better...
