The store is great the sales people is very professional and helpful, great selection and quality. If they have it in stock buy it, if they dont think about it,whatever they say factor it by 2, so you know and if it comes sooner great. The bad review is for worst customer service. We spent $3700 on 9/26, and we were told it will take 3 to 4 weeks when we were looking at the furniture, when we paid they said it could take 4 to 6 weeks due to covid. Which is understandable, we waited patiently, we recieved an update email with a status ship date for 10/30. Perfect for Thanksgiving, 10/30 came by and we did not heard anything, we called 11/17 they didn't even apologized, they said they will look into it, then we got another email with a status ship date 11/25. 12/3 and nothing, we sent an email asking for status at this point we were already frustrated. We got a call 12/5, lady had a very bad attitude rising her voice and not even apologized, we aksed for a refund initial she said they wont do it but we argue back and forth and she agreed. She asked us to send an email requesting canceling and asking for refund so they can process the refund.we just got an email saying the furniture will arrive at their warehouse on 12/9 and they will call to setup a delivery. At this point we dont want the furniture. Things would have gone different if she would have said something like we are very sorry I know it has taken more than what we promised, but i assure you the furniture will get there by the 11th, here is 10 % off your next purchase or we will give 5% discount or heck we will waived the delivery charge, anything to make us feel appreciated. After looking around for a while and selecting a few rugs to decide on my mother and I waited 30 minutes for assistance with pricing, because the items weren’t tagged and then there was an additional wait to checkout while the process is completely manual for the Wife, (the name provided by the owner for his coworker). Wife is the only person who can verify pricing on any unmarked items and also the only cashier. My mother and I were very patient as the store was busy!! My mother purchased two items but when we reviewed the receipt after leaving the store three items were handwritten on the paperwork. When we returned to bring the error to the Wife’s attention she stated she wasn’t sure what she was supposed to do with this information. She accused my mother of stealing a $60.00 rug, stating she watched my mother walk out of the store with it. I asked if the store had surveillance cameras and inquired about when they planned to inventory their items because the plastic, outdoor rug never left the premises with us! Wife replied Tuesday would be the earliest she could review the surveillance tapes and thought it would be okay for her to keep my mother’s money from Sunday until Tuesday for an item she never purchased. I think not. After accusing my mother of being a thief she returned all items on my mother’s receipt with absolute rudeness and told us to never come back (very loudly in a store full of customers). Read moreIf we could give this store ZERO stars we would. They are a company with HORRIBLE customer service. Last year we spent thousands of dollars in their store for a patio set and ledge loungers. Our furniture is less than a year old. We paid extra for each cushion to have a more comfortable spring. Less than a year later the springs became defective. We contacted the company back in August to resolve the issue. Two months later (end of October) they finally told us to send the cushion covers back to the manufacturer. Before we were told to send the covers back, we were told our replacements were on a truck. Not sure what happened to those.
We asked to speak to the owner several times with no luck. We have a large gathering this Saturday and have waited three months to have the issue resolved. We’ve asked to use other cushions, which the store has on floor models, to help us through the time of not being able to use our patio set. We were told they won’t do this.
Ann (the owner) of the store called and basically said we need to continue to wait and told us we can’t use cushions from the floor model. No timeframe of receipt has been provided. When we said that they value new paying customers rather than customers who have already paid, she said Happy Thanksgiving in a sarcastic tone and hung up.
