Life Farms — Attraction in Clearwater

We went on the tasting tour for our first encounter. So so good. Everything we tasted was yummy. We were hooked. I'd been trying to find organic, fresh, local food and I found it. Their lettuce tastes different, in a very very good way. The sunflower microgreens are delicious, alone or on a salad or soup. The sourdough bread is good but expensive, same with the beef. Strawberries were fantastic! Can't wait for next season. I just saw they have classes. Who knows? Maybe I'll attend & figure out how to grow my own. Beautiful farm, food grown right in town is worth much more than you could ever charge. There is no comparison to the quality, sustainability and low impact. It all adds up to them having a better product that doesn't carry the same ecological burdens of importing foods. Nearly the entire hemisphere is doing it wrong but these folks are doing it right. They are worth much more than what the market value could ever provide, which deserves all the praise. Not enough folks out there who can manage to do what they do...
