We went on the tasting tour for our first encounter. So so good. Everything we tasted was yummy. We were hooked. I'd been trying to find organic, fresh, local food and I found it. Their lettuce tastes different, in a very very good way. The sunflower microgreens are delicious, alone or on a salad or soup. The sourdough bread is good but expensive, same with the beef. Strawberries were fantastic! Can't wait for next season. I just saw they have classes. Who knows? Maybe I'll attend & figure out how to grow my own.
