R & S Market Deli-Pizzeria — Restaurant in Florida

I would have given this place a zero if it was permitted. First- they are always out of stock on cigs or beer. Employees Blame it on the vendor not getting the order correct. Second- the Pizza has changed they skimp on ingredients the pizza box is always greasy from the pizza. Third- They HAVE BIG sign outside and paper signs inside that say FREE Delivery on anything in store. NOT TRUE. Called one time for the 2 slices and soda said they couldn't deliver the order. Next time tried the Delivery again to order 18 pack of beer at 8pm. No one was there to deliver it and it was too late. No sign or times as to when delivery starts or stops. Next time tried again for a 18 pack of beer was told they cant deliver because there is a $15.00 Min. But the hand written sign inside store says we deliver anything! Also the employee behind the counter had verbally verified they deliver anything in store even if it a pack of gum. SO NOT TRUE. Fourth-The employees are very nice to everyone, but immature they yell across store to each, look at cell phones, and they are loud. Fifth- Talked to the new owner, not a care in the world nor did he try to listen! He was greedy said he cant make 50 cents or a dollar on items that are not worth delivering. His menu says he delivers food but no where does it state abut the $15 min. Second he could care less that his employees are running this place in the ground. Oh and by the way I live in walking distance of store and they couldn't deliver REAL SAD. The only reason I called for the delivery was due to power line down and waiting on trucks, and the second time was we were not able to leave to house at that time due to different situations. Good quality food but they do not advertise properly. The website promotes free delivery but thats not true because there is a minumum requirement also the website promotes deals like a Large 2 topping pizza and a 2 liter for $11.99 they wont give you this deal. They will advertise it on the website but they wont give it too you. I love this resturant and they do have great food and Ive been eating here for over 10 years but I tried to take advantage of a deal that they promoted but they wont let me and also free delivery is just a lie. I called and I asked these questions and they hung up on me and never answered my questions of why I cant get the deal thats promoted and why its not free delivery. This is unusual for me to write a bad review on this company because they have beautiful food but their customer service is a descrace. If they did not hang up on me "The Customer"! They would not have to deal with...

I went there today for the 1st time ever. (By word of mouth) and I ordered the pizza (1 large 1 topping 6.99) and it came out to 7.44 which is awesome cuz I had exactly 7.50 on my account and my 2 yr old had been begging me for pizza 🍕 for the longest. Anyways when he swipes my card it was declined because the charge a .28 cents for using card. I was so sad 😭 and when I went to walk away, the gentlemen who worked there told me to take it he would pay for it. I almost cried. I told him to pass my card for 7.59 and I’ll find the cash in my car but he said no ma’am it’s on me. Thank you so much, you have a kind heart and I’m so grateful.
