My first visit and probably my last. The salon is not well maintained. Equipment, stations, furniture, fixtures, etc. all looked well used, worn. I entered and asked for a pedicure and was told to sit at six. Confused š at first then figured out that I was told which chair to sit in. About 15 minutes later a nail technician walked by and turned my water on (cold) NO LINER š³ and walked away. Keep in mind that the only word said to me still was six. Several minutes later the nail technician came back and asked me if I picked my color. Um no... Where do I do this? So she pointed and then got started on my pedicure. I was trying to choose a color from a rack on the wall several feet away. Mind you this was the most dilapidated, hodgepodge selection of color as well. So, on to the service, my nail technician, though nice was fairly abrupt and super fast. I don't really mind a quick pedicure but I usually know it takes about 1 hour start to finish (including 10 minutes dry time). She had me complete in 26 minutes painted and ready to dry. The entire staff seemed as if they were over it. Mind you there was an unfriendly lady (customer) in there at the same time but I imagine that's not rare. If I was making a recommendation to the owner to keep up with customers expectations and the competition. Making sure everything is sanitary and looks sanitary is important. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in to get a full set and a pedicure. I was told the wait would be 10 minutes. 1 tech was working with a customer and the other 2 techs were working on a customer. As Iām patiently waiting, another customer comes in and asks for an eyebrow wax. So, 1 of the 2 techs that was working on the same customer, stops what sheās doing and proceeds to do his eyebrows. After he is done, they called me to sit in the chair for a pedicure. I sit done, no water was turned on, so I sat patiently waiting again. She then walks back over to finish the other customers nails. Another customer walks in and sheās told to go to the pedicure chair. I am still waiting at the chair with no water turned on or anything. By now, I have been waiting for at least 20-25 minutes. Then 1 of the 2 techs turns on the water for the customer that just sat down and here I am still waiting and no water was even attempted to be put on for me. At that point I proceeded to get up and leave. They then wanted to say something to me and try to get me to stay. I refuse to pay anyone that takes care of not 1 but 2 customers before me when I had already been waiting longer than the time I was told. I will not be returning. But they have disappointed me so much today⦠I never complained, always friendly to them, never write reviews. I did a full set May 28th for my birthday. On June 10th two nails just fell off. And two more today. I went inside and told them nicely , thinking they could fix it next time I come with some kind of discount⦠since Iām a long time customer I even thought friend. They looked at me in shock and just started talking in their language, judging what I have asked. They said itās suppose to fall off in 2 weeks, because I need a refil again. Ok, I have NEVER had 4 nails fall off that quickly in two weeks. Anyway⦠I left the salon. And I decided to call them again and explain again. They kept interrupting me on the phone, even heard them laughing, and totally not hearing me. Iām sad that I have found out that they were only nice to me because of business, they never really cared.
