[ ] What happened to the customer service ?
When did we get to the point where a worker stocking a shelve or doing an inventory in a store was more important than the customer shopping in that store? If a customer treats an employee in a rude manner it’s usually because that employee acts like their too busy to be bothered.
I do get cranky when I’m treated in a disrespectful or rude manner.
Why is that my fault?
How can a business person turn that around and blame me for an employee’s lack of interest? Remember Sears, Montgomery Wards, Kmart, Payless Cashway, Builders Square, Service Merchandise and the list goes on.
