I am really sad to be writing a negative review for a small local business. I brought myself a dress in April. I wore it for the first time last Sunday. I washed it and one of the seams had come apart. I took it back and was really shocked by the service. I was told because the item was brought in April they would not replace it. I was really shocked because the dress was clearly faulty. I had washed it with other clothes and no damage to them. I don’t tumble dry my clothes so it was hung to dry. You can clearly see it’s faulty and not torn. So if you buy from this store make sure to wash it within the time they specify.I was sad because I actually never hardly buy new. I shop mostly at thrift but I saw the dress and brought it and went without other stuff that week. I’ve since looked at the dress in more detail to see it is infact terrible quality. And not worth the $45 which is a lot of money to me. I was also surprised at the lack of customer service. The shop assistant told me she wasn’t botherd about a bad review. We shop local to support our community but actually I’d have recieved a much kinder service from a high street store. I tried to sew it but it looks terrible. I was initially happy to find a place like this, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I purchased a basic top, and as someone who usually wears a medium, I expected it to fit as this style is typically straightforward. A couple of days later, when I went to use it, the top didn’t fit well. The straps were longer than expected, and the overall look was off.

When I went back to exchange it, the lady at the counter informed me that they wouldn’t accept returns or exchanges without the tags attached. I had the tags with me, but since I rarely have issues with a medium size in this style, I had removed them, assuming it would be fine. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this boutique in Clermont! My daughter and I stopped in and were treated like VIPs from the moment we walked through the door. Everything about the shop was fantastic—the selection, the atmosphere, and the service. I honestly wanted to buy everything! The materials are so soft, and I’m absolutely in love with the jeans I purchased.
