I visited this salon on a whim because it’s open late and I was in a time crunch. Crystal was very welcoming and kind. However, the pictures online of this business are completely deceiving. The picture posted isn’t even of the salon & the picture of the maroon claw style full set is very obvious stolen from someone online. As much as it pains me to criticize a black female owned business it should be portrayed in a more honest light not only on google but the website itself. I paid 115$ for a full set acrylic toes and nails which isn’t unreasonable. The nails were not applied correctly which could lead to fungus and damage. While they did look very pretty the toes came off in 4 days. Fingernails are still on about a week and a half later. The salon isn’t open yet so it’s inappropriate to have all the services listed when most of them aren’t available yet. There are also services listed on the website like the “Chanel manicure and pedicure” for 2000$ which is not only absurd but also an illegal copyright infringement to even list that specific brand under a service. I happened to stumble across the name of this nail place while looking for something unrelated. I went to your site to check it out and saw the photos and after looking through them I cant believe your rating is a 4.2! There is something very clearly visibly wrong with every single pic except for a few. I couldn't believe those photos were posted to a business page! This is NOT professional work. Brand new sets looking like they need a fill already! Clearly not to the cuticle. Should not be seeing that amount of space in new sets. I'm wondering if you actually hold a pro license to do nails. Crystal was an amazing professional. Her story and work are impressive. Prices are reasonable but the service is so great you’ll want to tip big! Private location. LGBTQIA+ friendly.
