Very Disappointed,Under The Impression That I Was Coming Into A Professional Salon With Black Excellence! I've Never Had A Bad Experience Anywhere With Anyone. A Day After My Service Two Of My Braids Slid Out I Already Acknowledged That I Would Pay The Price Differential. I Asked My Stylist Kyrstal To Do What You Can There Were No Complaints Except That She Charges Additionally. The Fact That, That Wasn't Established She Never Mentioned My Length Beforehand During Consultation. I'm A Buisness Woman Myself And Would Never Waist Anyone's Time Doing A Service That They Didn't Specialize In Or Feel Comfortable Doing. I Told Her I Was Willing To Pay Anything To Get The Right Size. Now Mind You, She Double Booked Two Women Which I Didn't Feel Was An Accident Just Poor Scheduling. Arrived At 11.am Before Kyrstal And The Other Patron. The Minute She Tells Me To Get An Item She Requires From The Hairstore. I Come Back Having To Wait For A Product She Never Even Used. So She Tried To Play Her Hand And Yet I Was Still Willing To Wait. She Never Came Professionally And Said Yes Because You Were Just Here Not A Problem I Can Fix It. Instead I Get A Very Unethical Attitude And Negative Energy Towards Me And My Husband Asking Another Stylist To Complete The Service Who Also Gave The Same Energy That's Bad For Buisness Complaining. Her Techniques Didn't Justify A Method To Help Cut The Time In Half She Was Lazy And Every Few Minutes A Smoke Break. Remained There From 11.am Until 8p.m!!! But Who Makes A Client Wait The Entire Day To Be Waisted On Top Of A Tip!. She Even Asked For Her Help To Finish Outside Trying To Start An Altercation Which Was Do Uncessary. Never Complained! At That Moment I Never Had Any Intent To Return. Its Unfortunate And Not A Good Look On Representing The Owner. I came to Trina multiple times. My first experience was exceptional, my hair was neat, it was done in a timely manner and I got exactly what I asked for. However my following experiences were not as amazing. The second time I went back I did not receive the style I asked for. The hair was ok but not what I wanted at all. I decided to give Trina another chance after this. The third time I went back to receive Senegalese twist. Too much product and wax was used. My hair was sticky when taking it down and I actually lost alot of hair on the sides due to this. I again tried to give Trina another chance a year later after my hair fully recovered from our last encounter. On August 4th, my appointment was canceled 3 hours before I was supposed to come in. Trina rescheduled the appointment for the next day after I specifically told her I had an important event to attend. She confirmed the new appointment time and didn't show up at all. She didn't answer any of my calls or texts nor did she ever reach out after the fact to apologize for wasting my time. I had to scramble and find someone else at the last minute to do my hair.
