I knew at the start this class was for me! I never stopped going! This class teaches you how to love you, how to create a positive liking to YOU! No matter your size, or who looks like what you walk in that room and give it to the people honey! I forget a routine but I just go and have fun! I love it here, I invite people I tell people get here because you will learn to love you more. The love in the space is real , you feel empowered! You leave empowered! So if you’re thinking I don’t know because I can’t , baby just come and stand by me because I can’t some times either but by the time it starts we will together! I got introduced to Strut and Slay 216 through our businesses. I'm the owner of Positive Vibes (adult novelty boutique). We've collaborated on a few events that have brought me into her classes as a vendor. When I tell you these classes are high energy and a major vibe, I don't think my words do it much justice. The ladies in attendance often end the night talking about how empowered they feel. They leave exuding confidence like never before. The routines are not so complex that you can't catch on so please don't worry if you're a beginner at dancing in heels. You can always modify the moves for your level of skill and comfort.
