I was a guest at a rehearsal dinner in September 2020, on an evening where previously scheduled reservations were made for this special event. On what should have been a happy and exciting evening the night before their wedding, one to cherish and remember, it quickly turned into an unwelcoming and hostile environment. The bartender was not accommodating or friendly to any of the guests. She treated us as if we were a burden from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left. She even yelled at the bride-to-be to put on a mask, as the bride was passing out the bridal party gifts, even though nobody else was near us. When the groomsmen opened their gifts, one of the items was a single shot. Immediately, the bartender came storming over yelling “...if I see any outside alcohol, I’m kicking the entire party out!”, even though a lot of alcohol was already being purchased from this establishment. The single shot was merely part of a gift bag from the groom-to-be to his groomsmen. In addition, the bartender’s focus was barking orders to put masks on, the moment anyone stood up, not even giving them a chance to do it in their own! The only interaction the bartender had with us was to yell about the masks (at least 20 times). She never came over to wait on us, or to see if there was anything we needed. All of the guests were respectful, and responsible ~ following all COVID regulations. I have been to many rehearsal dinners. Usually the guests are happily greeted, and doted upon, with the staff bending over backwards to make the night before their big day, special and one to remember. This was truly a disturbing and horrific experience. Instead of a wonderful memory being made, it was something that ruined the tone of the night. I would give ZERO stars, if I could. We will NEVER return to this establishment, and will NOT recommend...

Read moreFirst, the food was decent. No issues or complaints there. Second, it seemed to support progressive issues, which I always appreciate with the current state of things. Third, the bartender was very friendly & knowledgeable. But while the selection of non alcoholic options was decent, it all seemed to be artisanal kind of stuff, not just a standard beverage. And the lack of a diet soda option was disappointing. I say this as someone who has ever only worked in customer service and is incredibly understanding and always has grace for fellow customer service workers, the person on the kitchen side of things was rude, cold, and did less than the bare minimum. They seemed like they would’ve rather been literally anywhere else on planet earth than there. I would legitimately get fired if I treated my customers that way. I understand everyone has off days, and I hope our experience wasn’t indicative of how they usually treat customers. But it was enough to ensure we...
