Twisted Minds Smoke Shop — Local services in Cleveland Heights

I called around 11 on 4/20 and asked if they were still open til midnight like the website said cuz I was gonna be cutting it close. I broke my quartz banger and wanted to snag a new one before the holiday so I drove a half an hour, got there at 11:55 and the door was locked, knocked on the door and saw some dude counting money, he looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. I looked at the time and it said 11:57. So basically I drove here for nothing hoping they’d actually be open til midnight I didn’t think it’d be an issue because I knew exactly what I needed. I get wanting to leave but don’t tell me you’re gonna be open til midnight and then close early. Used to stop in every now and then but I’ll go somewhere else for the banger. Happy 4/20 👎🏻

Edit: NOT FAKE. Skinny Asian man with long hair at the counter was counting money 3 minutes til midnight if he would’ve stayed open til midnight I would’ve gotten my banger and I’d be writing a positive review. Terrible customer service. Maybe check and make sure your employees are doing their job before you chalk up poor customer experience to “fake review” it’s honestly pathetic. Check the cameras and tell your employees to do better instead of denying. Real...

ETA: I went to the store recently and interacted with Jay who not only helped me to find a new product but did so as a last resort to helping me trouble shoot an issue with a product I already owned that had been given me grief. I felt assured in the help I received from him and have been enjoying my new purchase. Thanks Jay for the help and great customer service!

This was my second time coming into Twisted Minds. Both times I stopped by I just happened to be in the area at the time. Each time the customer service has been positive and awesome. Today, Tony and Sebastian helped me locate a CBD pen. They both provided me with helpful information as well their own experiences so that I could make an educated purchase. I really appreciated that as I knew what I wanted but not the type of product I needed. They were nice and the interaction was great. The store is easy to find and is a good size so you're bound to find out you need here. It's my new favorite shop. I highly recommend Twisted Minds...

They practice price gouging. They do not have a pos system. I really liked this place and defended it to other people in the area who told me I should stop going there but after today it was the last straw. Simple items that cost 1 dollar, they are using a calculator and coming out with a total way higher than the price of the items even with tax. Then you have different workers giving different prices and levels of customer service. Very unfortunate. I can no longer reccomend them....(edit after response from owner) It is actually not a fake review it a review from a regular who is very in touch with alot of the people that used your establishment. Secondly paying tax isn't the issue, 1 employee charging me a proper price and the other charging more than what is advertised is an issue.
