My first time eating at this place experience was terrible because the person over the phone was very rude. It took over 30 minutes for my food it be prepared and it was incorrect. The girl in the store talk it all up how long it took me to get my credit card but not the fact that she got my order wrong and my food was incorrect. I emailed the person who is the contact for the company and he emailed me once about the issue and hoping to get resolved but I’ve emailed him now three times and nothing has been really given a response from him. I’m very disappointed in my experience and I wish that it was good because they did have one thing good on the menu and that was the wings. I got the soul roll and big city steak sub it was not enough meat in the sandwich and I ordered loaded waffle fries I got loaded in Regular fries. Read moreI’m giving them a 3 because I ordered through Caviar app after it directed me to them when I selected to pick up my order. My friend went to pick it up at the scheduled pick up time (roughly 35 minutes after placing the order and was told they don’t use that app, and they didn’t receive my order. They were shown the receipt via phone and the cashier called her boss and the boss still declined to make the order. Once my friend returned and I called them to ask them how was there no order but they took my money. The young cashier on the phone was VERY POLITE (and that’s the only reason this place is getting 3 stars!!!!) She continuous tried to figure out what was going on, and somehow after about 5 minutes the “food order receipt” must have been found and she got back on the phone to apologize and tell me we could come back and get the order. He’s tall, lanky, tatted, and disgruntled because at 40+ years old he’s taking orders at a Sub Shop for $12 per hour and can only talk about his aspirations to be a rapper. I came in recently, ordered my food, he couldn’t find my order in the system, didn’t give me the correct change, got my order and it was still incorrect. I asked him nicely if I could have fries with steak. Oh, that’s not something we could do. After I told him that I asked for cheese on my fries, he got an attitude and told me that I never said that over the phone even though I order the same thing every time I come. Then when they corrected the order, instead of making me a new batch of fries, the associate just sprinkled a few pieces of cheese.
