I called every place in the greater Cleveland area looking for either a hand pipe or water pipe with a cute frog on it. When the gentleman answered the phone and said they had SEVERAL of both hand & water pipes I was super excited. I asked questions but He said he couldn't give me information over the phone, I'd have to come into the store. That's cool... Fast forward a 30 minute drive & hellish parking scenario in coventry, I walk into the store excited to see their selection!... The lady pulls out a DRY dab rig with a TOAD and says "that's all we have" ... Are you serious?! Thanks for lying. Idk what the point...

Cool store cool people but sometimes say alot to make a sale . I bought a small recycler there that was marked from $400 to $150 . He told me it was an apprentice mako glass piece that was 10 years old... No signature or anything on it. Hell of a sales pitch . It was obviously not a mako glass and had a small crack in it but didnt affect the function. If you're buying an expensive piece here look for a signature any known artist will engrave there art or put a symbol. The people talk alot and will...

When I visited they felt the need to over charge for a corset that I found on Amazon for 20 bucks. Literally had the nerve to charge almost a hundred and al it took to lower the price was pretending some guy's joke was funny for it to be lowered to 80. While getting fitted into my corset the woman helping acted as if I were so fat that I would, "Break the fastenings." I got so annoyed that I told her to stop and just readjusted the corset myself once I got home. These folks...
