Antiques Parlour — Local services in Cleveland

I have always like to shop at Antiques Parlour and I have always been able to use their restroom. I stopped there on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024. I was going to shop there. My husband needed to use the bathroom really badly and I figured we could use their restroom since I have always used it. I walked in and asked for the key and was told by a REALLY RUDE employee that they did not have public restrooms with no further explanation. I told him we had an emergency and I was always been able to use the restroom. He told me to go to the gas station in a very rude tone. It's not like we were bums off the street. Really??? I guess I will not be shopping...

I used to love shopping here until today! I had a cart full of things I put back because of my experience. I had my 4 year old nephew with me and I was looking at these roller skates and they rolled off and Sandy the lady who prices things came around the corner and yelled at him not to touch and “that means don’t touch, you don’t touch” when he hadn’t yet to touch one thing because he knows better. A great experience! I visit many antique stores and thrift stores and this one is one of my favorites. They have a very wide selection and they are very reasonably priced. They also have much better hours than most antique stores. I got two adorable pieces of China for $6 each and my friend got a beautiful dresser for about $140. At the time, we couldn’t fit the dresser in our car so they gave us a week to pick it up which was very kind of them. Their employees were very friendly and helped us load the dresser. I will...
