Starbucks — Restaurant in Cleveland

The drive-thru line was dangerously long. Unfortunately that's not unheard of at this location. I really wish they would shut it down for a week and optimize the space they do have available and build a safer drive-thru system not only for their customers but also for the other commuters who drive by this location. I had to dive through the oncoming traffic lane just to get off of the road to avoid getting rear ended by the people coming through the traffic light. The drive thru entrance was as full as possible with many more vehicles waiting to enter the drive-thru lane on both sides of the road. If another car had been heading towards me, I would have easily been hit and technically at fault. If I hadn't gone through the oncoming lane as I did then I still could have been hit by the traffic behind me.

Short version: The drive-thru is too packed and causes dangerous traffic situations. Be careful if you dare to use the drive-thru and also if you're just driving by there. Order online and go inside to pick up or just go inside. Save some time and potentially...

It's Starbucks, so of course, it's good. However, tonight was the BEST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered my regular go-to drink, the employee made a slight suggestion to make it better. Not only a suggestion but asked me detailed questions, also made sure I had no food allergy. He was so friendly that you could hear him smiling as we chatted about the suggested change. I agreed to try it. I get to the window, excited to meet this friendly personable voice behind the drive-thru speaker, and let me tell you his SMILE was the best part of my week. He changed my mood from good to happy and positive. I left smiling and amazed at his genuine character which resonated powerfully with me. Zeke is the person to meet at Inman Street Starbucks! If you have not had the experience of meeting this young man you must, you will leave smiling I guarantee it. Oh and his suggested change to my drink was unbelievably good, I was impressed. I will drive the distance to the Starbucks on Paul Huff. I actually used to be employed at this location (years ago) and came to do homework. I was increasingly distracted by the conversation of the three young men. The phrase, "Who's your daddy?" came up repeatedly with laughter as they talked on their headset, then mention of how someone hadn't called one of them daddy "yet". Offended, but didn't want to cause a scene, so I kept my head down. A woman came through the drive through, and I heard the gentleman say, "Ok, no problem. Have a good night!" As she pulled away, I hear, "B*tch." One of the other guys says, "She changed her mind?" "Yeah."
