Cleveland Clinic - S Building — Local services in Cleveland

I can't say enough on how my life wouldn't be the same without the doctors I have at the Cleveland Clinic on the 9th floor in the S building. How they understand the things I go through that some other doctors can't even understand. Dr. Wilson and NP Kaylen Diederich have done nothing but help me in many ways. I wouldn't care about any of the wait here. I'd wait hours to see either one of them. They both take the time that they need with you. They explain everything going on. They have so much knowledge. I tell anyone I can to go to the Cleveland Clinic due to both of them and the other doctors I have seen there. I travel to go see them. When your life changes all of a sudden and you want answers. Those answers can be found here. (The only downside to any of the Cleveland clinic is scheduling and sometimes insurance not being approved for stuff ahead of time that has been in your chart.) I couldn't take any pictures of this aspect im about to explain because there were so many people around, but the S building is so freaking cool. Ok, so you enter the clinic far side by the street Euclid Avenue. Now imagine you are walking down a sci fi modernistic glass tunnel and it opens up into a giant 30 ft high atrium with hallways so long you can barely see the end of them. Then you turn to your right, walk up a few steps and several paces ahead and turn right again and see a hallway elegantly morph into a absolutely gorgeous century building with what looks to be all hand carved and stained woodwork. It absolutely floored me and made me feel almost like i went through a time warp. You never see large buildings that openly adopt any historical aspect directly like that. Absolute bravo...

Your better off going somewhere else. This place won't help you, give you the run around and charge the heck out of you. They are disorganized and unprofessional. You will get referred to so many other specialist that have no idea what is going on and then when you show even a little frustration they treat you like a danger to society.

They won't fill out any paperwork and expect only a pcp to fill out forms.

I went to them 3 years ago for chiari they told me that it isn't my chiari causing issues and that I have POTS. Now my symptoms are worse and they are revisiting the chiari.

This place can't tell their mouth from their buttholes because they talk so much crap.

Feels like a cured patient is no longer a patient type...
