Two extraordinary music halls (Mixon Hall and Kulas auditorium) feature the endeavor of the students and staff of one of the world’s finest music conservatories. Most of the students are taught and mentored by members of the globally renowned Cleveland Orchestra and students perform at least twice a year at neighboring Severance Hall. Many students are featured soloists who perform at The Cleveland Museum of Art as well. Most concerts are offered to the public free of charge. The school is filled with some of the most talented musicians from around the world, taught by members of internationally reknown Cleveland Orchestra. Mixon Hall, where the performance was tonight, is a beautiful airy concert hall. It's visually stunning, the stage overlooks a lush garden. Acoustically it is clear, if not slightly dry.
