The nighttime staff here is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate and foolish crew of people you'll set your eyes upon. One dude stares down the women patrons like a creep and another takes repetitive tours around the facility without lifting a finger of contributive work. I've been coming to this location everyday for years, and I always purchase a beverage out of the case. The male staff member at the desk was spending his time chatting up some random people off the street (non-members) when I was trying to buy my drink. The only payment terminal that accepts tap to pay is the center unit--those same ladies were standing in front of it and weren't moving. I said, "let me go finish this workout for twenty minutes," and I'll come back to make payment once you aren't so busy. He verbally acknowledged our plan and I continued my workout. The moment the non-member visitors walked out the front door, I get a declined payment notice from my bank and an overdraft charge. I was literally on a machine that was 20 feet from the desk--this staff member could've just asked me to come back once the ladies had left. I am a Black Card Member, I buy protein shakes and waters everyday while spending 2.5-3 hours completing my workout routine. I wasn't going anywhere. I'm no bum nor a random stranger that happened to wander in. I am a kind, regular visitor that has known all of the staff that have worked here since the site opened and I should hope to continue knowing the staff well-after this jerks employment at this location. Suffice it to say, after much discussion about the cost I incurred for his attempted draw from my card on-file, I paid for the water that I selected from the case.

Honestly the only thing I think that they could really have more of would be like calisthenics related things like maybe like a straight pull-up bar cuz they have some that are like even like they have. Maybe they have like a fancy pull up bar that will assist you in doing pull-ups, but if you just want like a regular pull-up bar they don't have one. But I mean that's such a small thing. Like you can find a pull-up bar anywhere. So that's not a. That's definitely not a deal killer. The place was clean. All of the equipment that I used was in impeccable shape. It was well maintained, climate controlled, good Wi-Fi, no hassle to get on to that cuz you know like there's my cell phone signal. Sorry to drop inside of there and I realize oh they have Wi-Fi and I figured oh I'm going to have to go to the desk. I'm going to have to sign in and use a password. All that other no it's it was really easy to real easy to log on to that. So that was that it was good for Members or those who are black card members such as like I was using some sort of a hydro massage after my workout so that was amazing. That was! That was really awesome. Overall I'm really pleased with that. There's free parking at this location for 2 and 1/2 hours so you go inside around the back and they give you a little ticket. They'll give you a sticker to put on it so that way you're able to get your parking taken care of. Okay so that was planet fitness. Definitely recommend....
