Thank you to the wonderful staff at Kake Kutters. I sent my husband to pick up some cupcakes (last minute) for our son's birthday. We thought they opened at 11 AM (they open at noon) and the open sign was on, he tried to open the door. When the employees came to the door, they politely advised that they were due to open at noon. He understood but they still asked if he wanted to come in to make his purchase. This was our first time patronizing this establishment, but will certainly not be the last. They answered every question and even engaged with me via facetime. The level of customer service was beyond superior. You've earned our support and will highly recommend this black, woman owned bakery and sweet shop every time. Oh, we tried the banana pudding, which was light and airy, plus not overly sweet. My husband and I have ordered through door dash serval times from Kake Kutters and were very happy with our results. These last 2 times however we have ordered including today the orders were completely wrong. We ordered a half dozen build your Kup Kakes for a movie night we were having with friends. When the order arrived it wasn't Kup cakes at all it was 2 slices of cake. We reached out to door dash and they refunded our money but we still wanted the Cup cakes for tonight. We made the decision to call and see if they still had the order or if we could reorder and just come and pick them up. So we called 3xs no answer and they were not accepting voicemails. At first I thought it was door dashs fault but now I wonder did Kake Kutters just send what they felt like sending both times and said screw our family at least we got something. I stopped in the bakery on Saturday after work to get cupcakes for the family. I was greeted by the most friendly, light-hearted woman with red hair. I came in for cupcakes, but to my surprise, they had big cake slices that I had to try. You can't find slices that often!

I got the strawberry crunch cake and cookie butter cake. Hands down, the best cakes I've EVER had!! The flavors were amazing, the cake was moist, and the frosting was perfect! It didn't overpower the cake which I loved. My sister, a friend, and I shared the slices and talked about how good they were all night! I should have kept it to myself. It was that good lol.
