I came here in October of 2023 and this was my home for the last three years playing here, my time here has been beyond words of explanation of wonderful! From being able to experience an amazing buying experience to being able to be a part of and fostering a community my time with Dicehead thanks to Shane, Chad, and Perry have been nothing short of the best experience someone would want from a local game store. The personal experience that you can have in developing a family like bond and relationship with members of the community to the store owner and manager make it feel much less like a buy sell relationship. My time with Lorcana, union arena, digimon, elestrals and many other games here have given me the sense of community that I always longed for! If you are reading this and are looking for a store that is a place to call home this is the store!

I haven't had the chance to visit Dicehead in quite some time but I went in recently to ask if I could talk about the return of Heroscape through crowdfunding and the store owner was super supportive, took the poster and flyers about the product and I got to set up and live present this past week some Heroscape games to start the conversation. Great place for all wargaming and tabletop hobbies in this particular area!

Comics, trading cards, games, and so much more To not get lost in amazement by this store is such a crime committed against humanity itself The staff are respectful, the store is clean, and it gives you an aesthetic sort of vibe too

Visited this location at the invitation of a friend. Selection of merchandise was very limited (one small wall of comics, small selection of sleeves and deck boxes, a small glass case of Magic the Gathering cards, table tops that were placed two inside the store and four in the mall walkway outside of the store). The back of the shop was very crowded and cluttered with mismatched chairs and messy tables, old board games along the walls like in someone's basement. I played Yugioh that day, and had a very uncomfortable play experience between some of the players smells, and the lack of space available to play. On top of that, I realized later when I got home, about an hour away from the shop, I was missing over $1,500 worth of items from my bag including a Nintendo switch, case, multiple games, and more (the amount keeps climbing because I keep discovering more of my expensive cards that I no longer have since this day). I was so upset I almost did not go to the regional event I went there to practice for in the first place. My wife called while we were at the regional event and spoke to someone claiming to be the manager who she asked to check the camera footage. According to her, this person sounded concerned, and genuinely wanted to help. We were told iy would be 2 business days to review 6 hours of footage, so I waited until Wednesday afternoon and called back. This new associate stated the manager had been on vacation for the past week, and no one else was able to review the footage, even saying that they had told my wife this a few days before. The last thing they told me that day was that the cameras "were for the store not for the customers" but that they would "check anyway". It has been an additional few days without response and I have had to start rebuilding my collections of cards and games/get a new system because of the lack of assistance provided by the store. DO NOT GO HERE, THE STORE, EMPLOYEES, CUSTOMER BASE, ETC ARE VERY SHADY. If you are going to visit a store anywhere around, I would suggest CM Games in Hixson based on the fact that they are the anti...

I have loved going to dicehead regularly since I was a kid, however over the years it has become very apparent why this store can’t seem to keep the same owner for too long. I work more hours a week than this store is open (not a flex, that is literally 45 hours). I truly do not understand why the owner would need a single employee when they are open literally seven hours a day except Fridays when they are (hypothetically) open for ten. This however, isn’t really the case as every time I have tried to visit the store between 7-10 the mall doors are already locked, and it is a huge pain to either alert someone or, as I just did before writing this review, I just give up. The one time I did buy an item from here, I was told a big long story about how this item had been sitting there for weeks and they were willing to sell it to me for $40 instead of $60, and when I said I would pay full price just to be supportive, I went home and found it was getting sold for $40 on Amazon. The selection is already not huge compared to stores in places like Chattanooga, and 99% of the time I walk in there it feels like a social club you’re not invited to. Random dudes talking to each other and most of the time they won’t even stop their conversation to ask if you need anything. If you’re looking for a better selection and better customer service, go to...

Well, came in one day. Believe it was the 15th of May. And bought three boxes of Lorcana cards. One of them was open. So o asked the younger lady working. If she would go into the back. And get me an unopened box. She looked at the door. And told me she didn’t think they had more. Never even looked. So the next day on the 16th I came back. And there were three brand new unopened boxes on the shelf. I was annoyed about this. As the day before she wouldn’t even look. Well I’m there standing at the register. She looked at the young man standing there. Who was basically behind the counter. That they “had been talking for almost an hour.” She didn’t say anything to me up until I was ready to check out. No may I help you or anything. The only thing she said to me the whole time was my total for my items. She had no problems talking to the guy though. Even though I spent $600 in those two days. I will probably...
