I love HomeGoods, love the merchandise and their prices. However, when you go to this location be prepared to wait. There’s usually only one cashier and 2 to 3 people walking around doing whatever it is they do or standing behind the checkout talking while aligns. Today I literally waited in line for 20 minutes before I was able to check out( i was the third person in line with five customers behind me).The cashier could not have been the only person in the store. Wait line is too long and there should be at least two customer service personnel waiting on customers. When a customer is told by the manager he will assist loading a heavy item he should do so. In this case the manger didn’t keep his word, but when a customer saw the struggle I was having getting the item out of the store, she stepped up to help, and many thanks to her and her kindness.
