This store has THE WORST customer service I’ve ever recieved. My fiance had placed an order online for me to pick up on valentines days, since he’s currently deployed (active duty military).
I went to pick up my order, and when I picked it up, it was the complete wrong necklace! We checked the sku and it was the correct sku, so online had sent the wrong necklace. (Not the stores fault.)
However… they had the audacity to offer me to keep this chain that online had sent… as an “EVEN exchange”, which was less than HALF the value of my original necklace, with no further compensation.
So then she checks to see if it’s available online, and tells me it’s sold out. So I refund the necklace. I check, it’s available online. But not only that, I reorder it and of course , it’s at a higher price and , they don’t even offer to price match.
Not a single apology, not a single offer of compensation. I will be upgrading my ring set , and I will go ANYWHERE but here. I also have a credit card line with them that I will be cancelling.
I left out very upset at the way I was treated, and will not be going back due to the lack of care , not only for the order, but as a customer. It was worse considering we weren’t able to spend the holiday together (and most others) due to him being in a rapid deployment unit. He called excited to see it and I had to explain what had happened and why I was so upset.
We have been ordering jewelry from them for 5 years, since we dated, as it’s become a tradition. We will be finding a different...
Read moreIf I could give a zero I would. I am not happy with the service from the Cleveland Tennessee store. The employees are rude and do Not want to help. I sent my ring off to be repaired and they did not write that I had engraving inside my ring and when I got it back there was no engraving and I had to send it off again. Then when I was told my ring had come back in from being re-engraved instead of going to the store in Dalton where I had sent it off it had been sent back to the Cleveland store and I had to go there to pick it up. They was not happy and was really rude when I requested that they check my diamonds to make sure they were tight and real. They was rude because I refused it to be shipped from the Cleveland store back to the dalton store where I had originally sent it off to be engraved. They refused to give me a receipt showing and proving that I had picked it up from the Cleveland store, and told me to go back to the store in Dalton and get a receipt from them even though I didnt pick it up from the Dalton's store. Will not use the Cleveland store again, and reccomend nobody use the Cleveland...
Read moreSo, when my wife and I dropped her ring off to get resized We were told we could have a driver pick it up for us as long as we called ahead and listed them as a person who could pick it up(as we live almost two hours away). Easy.. right? Well, I called ahead to notified them that i had a driver coming to pick it up, gave the lady his name she said that was fine. When my driver arrived the manager said he could pick it up after the employee had already told me could(after driving two hours there). Manager was extremely rude about it and contradicted what was originally told to us(She even told me I could not even pick it up). I recommend to stay far away from this Kay Jewelers...
