I had a salon appointment with Savannah and it was amazing:

1. her attention to details and wanting to have a perfect end result to your liking is amazing. She is a stylist who cares and puts her heart into it. I love how she was very tuned into knowing what exactly you want, what is your limits on what you do want and what you want to avoid, and the way she listens to your concerns so you can avoid any salon trauma.
2. I felt very comfortable with her she gave off a warm-welcoming vibe, she was very polite and respectful, and also she made it to where you can have a safe relaxed space to be you. That was a big thing with me because if I am to get my hair done I don’t only want to feel like a client, I want to feel like they want me to achieve the hair goals I desire.
3. I have to give Savannah a big shout out for the fact she asked her coworkers for assistance because to me that showed her genuine care, that she wanted me to walk out happy, and also that she wasn’t afraid to speak up about something that may be a bit troubling. I know some may say that’s off putting but we are humans no one is a perfectionist. But! I also knew my hair was going to be a bit of a trouble project because I had come in looking for a new stylist to continue working with because the original stylist of my hair was not getting close to the results I semi envisioned.
4. I also want to thank Stacy and Gracie that day! I never had so much fun at a salon with other stylists, other clients like me and having a small genuine girls day.

Every visit to this store over the past two years for me has been very poor customer service. It is the only Ulta in town so I’m still gonna come! I don’t ever give up my phone number at checkout, and the staff ALWAYS get upset about that. They used to threaten me that I could never make a return unless I gave them my phone number. I’d say ok. But that is not true.

This last visit they didn’t make that threat , so that was good. . This time, the girl at the cash register stop speaking to me after I wouldn’t give her my phone number never looked at me again during the transaction and tossed the bag on the counter and turned away. There was no “Thank you for coming, please come again “ or anything.

I would love to never have to shop at the store again, but I would have to go to Chattanooga and I’m not quite ready to do that yet . Anyways, just know that the customer service is typically...
