*Update: I was contacted by a representative of the company and offered a chance for a better experience. I ordered the pizza over the phone this time after looking at the various topping choices. I chose a regular crust, regular sauce with olives, fresh mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil. I picked it up and it was already to go. My daughter was hungry and loved it so much she ate 2 pieces on the way home!! We got home and I tried it. It was so much better than the first time I wondered if it was even the same place. No burnt crust and the toppings and sauce and cheese were so delicious. Thank you for allowing me a much better experience and getting it all right this time.

This place has been open for a bit so I thought I'd give it a try. We usually go to Gabrielle's (best bread sticks I've ever had)or Little Cesar's for the cheap meal. I entered and immediately they were ready to help me. That was nice. They said I could build my own or pick one. I chose the four cheese and cheese bread sticks. I paid and at the check out the guy told me they don't charge for toppings. I wish I would have know from the start. Our pizza was ready promptly and they brought it to me. After a twenty minute drive home I was really excited to try the pizza! Unfortunatly the bottom of both the pizza and bread sticks was burnt. To the point of tasting like poor camping food. The pizza even had a couple of burnt spots on the top. I'm not sure if people actually like the taste of burnt pizza crust, but I do not. The pizza also seemed completely lacking in flavor. I know cheese pizza is usually a bit bland, but if the sauce is great the pizza is still very good. Bottom line: service was better than average, friendly, prompt. Food was terrible and tasted worse than any pizza I've ever had. I've had a lot of pizza over the years and this is the bottom rung. My four year old loves pizza and she would only eat two bites and had a banana and...

I just had lunch here. So let me preface this by saying I know they just opened and a lot of this will get worked out but... lunch was a disaster. From the time we walked in the door till the time the first pizza hit our table was about 40 minutes. It seemed like they hired people off a craigslist ad titled "seeking diverse work force...pizza" and then they all showed up when they opened for lunch today. The poor girl making my pizzas had to throw the pizza crust away twice. One time was because she put cheese on the pizza before the sauce. I can only assume she's a family friend of the owner. If not, who ever did the interviews needs to stop. I ended up getting a pizza for free because the first one (which was really the 3rd attempt) to hit the oven was wrong. I was eager to leave because I had a major urge to go all Gordon Ramsay and start organizing the labor.

The pizza? It was good. The crust was great. I did not care for the Philly but everything else was good. For $9 it looks like you can get a 10" pizza with anything and everything on it. I'll be back here - but I might wait a month to let the workers get settled in.

If you are the owner, manager, or worker at this place - please don't get offended by my (hopefully humorous) criticism. You have challenges but in the end you have a great product.

I'll update this when I...

This used to be our favorite pizza place. Unfortunately, the app and online ordering has been faulty for a while, but they seem to have no interest in fixing it. If you order online or in the app, you ONLY have a selection of the 10" cauliflower crust, which costs $3 more. Even if you explain in the order notes that you want the neapolitan or roman crust, you're being charged $3 more per pizza. And, when you use the app or website, even for carryout, the taxes and fees are very high—14.75%. To put it in perspective, around the corner at Chick-fil-A, tax on a carryout order is 9.8%. When I called the store to explain how the app and website only offer cauliflower crust, the clerk told me he doesn't know anything about it and did nothing to assist. When I emailed the store manager to explain the problem with the crust on the app and website, he replied that they don't control the menu prices. I wasn't writing about the menu prices, I was letting him know that the online ordering system is broken and forcing us to select only the cauliflower crust. At this point, it feels like it's all just a scam with this location. The crust glitch is not a problem at their other locations in the app or on their...

Pros: Build your own pizza, wings, beer, and desserts. Easy to follow set up and refillable fountain drinks. Sauce variety is cool. Cons: Pizza is floppy, asked for a drizzle of olive oil on a caprese pizza, got a full on thunderstorm. Mac and cheese "sauce" was bland even with toppings. Got to listen to one of the staff talk about skyping some guy and her ex and how she texted him and he wouldn't reply... From the opposite side of the store... got to watch them open a can of red sauce and dump it in the container which ruined my expectations slightly, hopefully the pesto didn't come that way. I get it can't all be made in-house, but it doesn't mean I couldn't have gone on oblivious to it. Final verdict: Food is ok with enough napkins to sop up the oil puddle, I'm sure the wings are better. Staff was friendly enough even though it felt like we inconvenienced them for coming in and interrupting their very important conversation. May go back for take out if we don't feel like driving to Chatt, but nothing special and kind of disappointed after all the rave reviews.

Best food and service we have had in a long time! Chad was extremely helpful and made the best wings! Noah, a regular, realized we were new and was so helpful with suggestions. The atmosphere was such an awesome vibe we were literally in conversation during our whole meal with the employees. If you’ve not experienced this type of food you are missing out!! Everything is made fresh daily down to the sauce. The wings are brought in local. We had the Margherita pizza and the other half was the meat pizza with several veggies. The wings and sauce were amazing as well! I highly recommend the pesto fire wings! Wish I could rate 1000 Degrees 1000 stars because it’s really THAT good!!!!
