Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cleveland

This location puts more wet lettuce on tacos, than meat and cheese. They are always small and soft taco shells are soggy from wet lettuce. Today I got a chili cheese burrito add sour cream. It was the size of a taco roll up and when I say pea size speck of sour cream on the last bite, I'm serious. I paid almost a dollar extra to add the sour cream I'm so sick of the employees making skimpy items. Each item is suppose to weigh a certain amount and most employees make stuff that ways under half of what it's supposed to weight. The aod40 location let's me down the least and make their tacos more to standard, while the Paul huff and north lee highway locations closest to me, make scrawny, skimpy, sloppy and very small menu items. Would be nice if there were more consistentancy across the board with all locations. What a let down I had today choosing the Paul huff location today. Our food was not good. The beef was not drained of the grease, so our beef items were saturated & dripping with grease, which was gross. Our chalupa shell was cold & unusually greasy, it was also upside down resulting in the toppings falling out. The add beef items apparently did not get beef added and for nearly a dollar add on, that's absurd. The burrito did not seem to have red sauce and the beans were exceptionally dry. We wanted sour cream on the side but it was on the item. Nothing seemed good or right. The location of the kiosks create a crowded area at the entrance/ordering area/path to seating area. The seats are mostly not padded and the chairs screech across the floor. The acoustics are terrible for dining bc everything echos & is amplified horribly, creating an extremely loud, abrasive, retched atmosphere that we wanted to run out of. Apparently Taco Bell Corporate now has the view that an an ap order takes precedent over walk in customers. A fast food counter order took 18 minutes from the time the order was taken to being received by us. During our long wait numerous orders were picked up at the counter by those that ordered by ap or through Doordash. We were informed by an employee that this was the protocol for orders received. Please note that we were on the road traveling home and wanted what we thought we would be a quick meal. Also the staff in this restaurant were courteous and apologized for the delay. Needless to say no to Taco Bell for any other stops for any of our future stops while traveling. I only hope that this post/message will get passed up the chain of command to corporate because it's not the franchises fault that they follow...
