Whiskey Island — Local services in Cleveland

The lake is beautiful there and so much to do. Walk along the beach and pick up stones, Volleyball courts, there are bars and picnic areas, bathrooms and trails. It looks a bit industrial because this where some of the loading dock are located. There is a a couple of cool bridges you can walk across, and see the trains going over a bridge that goes up for ships and down for train and a statue called Small Giants that's a neat thing to see as well. This is a beautiful Marina with a great restaurant/bar Called Grill and Eatery. They have live music during summer months and most concerts are free. It is run by the Cleveland Metroparks and they do a FANTASTIC job at the everything. They turn their properties into true masterpieces. I can’t compliment them enough. This is a must see location.
