Lakeview Tower — Local services in Cleveland

I went to my appointment just to get there and find out that they didn’t have want vacancies and wouldn’t have any for months. I also got a letter in the mail stating that I never showed up. I’ve been calling them so many times before I even got the letter to check and see when something would be available and kept being told someone would give me a call back. No one ever called back. Now I’m still homeless and got kicked off of the waiting list....

This property is managed very poorly in all area's. There isn't security when there definitely should be and when they do have security its during times of business hour's only. When there's security on other shift's they hide and sleep. There is constantly people running around the property doing crazy stuff, dangerous to other's. This place needs help on every level. Even the residents that are productive citizens are afraid to come outside...

I only lived less than a year .Although it wasn't the perfect place to live, it was clean most of the time. They had pest control at least once a month. Only bugs , no more than one, and zero mice!
