Perfect cycle studio for spinners who are looking for a class with amazing music and choreography incorporated into the sessions. The instructors are motivating and push you through all of the challenging intervals. There are not any data screens or status checks that may distract you from doing your own thing. A one-of-a-kind spinning studio! I was scared to try spinning for the first time but after about 3 classes I was hooked and going 2-3 times a week! Harness is a gem for the Ohio City neighborhood and I love their outreach (Running the Bridges, Summer rooftop yoga, etc) as well. All of the instructors are hilarious and deliver a kick-ass workout.
