JUKEBOX — Restaurant in Cleveland

Last night was my last visit to your establishment. I stopped to get to go order just because of close proximity. It took over 40 minutes to get my order (kielbasa and pierogi). In the meantime, no updates on the order and no check in whether I want something to drink etc. Instead, your waitress was repeatedly and rudely asking me to move, inquired from another bartender while I was there for a long time just waiting. Even other patrons asked me - “you’re still here? and no order?” I regret not just walking out because the food was disgusting (and it’s not my first order of this dish). I’d rate your service lower than your food but not by much. Sad experience for Hingetown where all other food and restaurant...

Service was horrible servers are really nice but my date and I was racially profiled by the rude bartender he was so rude I let him make the drinks then told him to keep them because he acted as if I wasn’t going to pay my tab I’m a manager at a hotel and downtown Cleveland and my date works for nasa there is no reason we wouldn’t pay a 29 dollar tab! He wouldn’t make our drinks untill we paid I’ve never in my life been racially profiled like that and WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Then I later found out he was the manager as well! I would never let an employee with that attitude in the front of house! Don’t go don’t try it ! I don’t recommend to anyone! If I could give a zero star...

I had visited the restaurant when on a recent vacation to Cleveland Ohio. The staff were kind and welcoming and the restaurants atmosphere was clean and unique. When there, I had ordered a burger and fries that were made perfectly! My only “complaint” was the snobby attitude from our server who went by the name Treyson. He had barely provided my group and I with service and had made a hurtful joke about someone on my tables looks! 😤 Besides from this particular incident, I would most likely eat here when visiting Ohio again.
