We purchased the $20 wash and wax. Our vehicle was still dirty in many spots, including the hood, grill, both side mirrors, rocker panels, and each door handle. As well as the rear end was still coated in soap after going through the dryers even. It's truly sad that so many places seem to fall short of their "one job" these days, and charge more to do so š
*Edited 8/2/24 to add that I did email them as suggested (copied below) and never received a response. Another trend is businesses adding a response on the initial review to appear they are concerned, then drop the ball yet again when consumers follow through as they suggest. Removed a star.

I didn't include in the review that this was the 3rd time I've been through the wash this year and each time it's varying degrees of clean. This is the 2nd time the whole back end was coated in suds as well. As we vacuumed the inside we noticed many other cars and trucks coming through that still had suds covering the rear of their vehicles too. I understand how hard it is to get bugs off the front end, and don't expect every bug to me washed away. Here's some of the biggest things that I've noticed so far. 1) Veterans no longer receive a discount to their memberships. 2) They've removed the prescrub off brushes and buckets before you enter. I was told by an employee that the real reason this happened was some of the other employees kept complaining about having to keep the buckets filled with water and soap. The car wash doesn't get the bugs off if you can't pre scrub first and the light scrub they do as you enter just isn't enough. 3) What happened to the customer is always right attitude with a smile in society? Pulled up once at 7:59pm and Brandon had already put up the purple cones blocking the entrance. He proceeds to tell me it's 8pm. I told him it is now that you argued with me about it for the last minute. He said they've already taken the money up. I said I have a membership and wasn't paying. It is EXTREMELY aggravating to pay for a service, and not receive what you expect. I most recently used the location off 25th street and the triple coat treatment that it supposed to be included in my monthly package was not applied, they prep team in the back failed to pressure wash my fender wells, leaving dirt and mud even after the wash. I se to continue to have issues and Iām not happy with the new owners of this company. I most definitely do NOT recommend this carwash, but at the itās the most convenient wash for me. I just make it a habit to remind the employees EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit to make sure they pressure wash the finder wells, pre-scrub the windshield and try to remove as many bugs from the front as possible.
