I had an excellent experience at the liquor store thanks to Jack, the worker on duty. From the moment I pulled up, he greeted me with a friendly smile and offered help with the pump. His positive attitude and professionalism made the visit so much more enjoyable. He even went out of his way to check that I was all set before I left, which I really appreciated. It's rare to see such great customer service these days, and Jack truly stands out as someone who cares about providing a great experience.
