I had a very poor customer service experience during my visit today. There was only one staff member on duty, but instead of focusing on customers, she was mostly engaged in conversation with someone who appeared to be a friend, hanging around near the cash register.
We arrived around 9:40 PM, and as soon as she handed us our sandwiches, she told us the store was closing in 16 minutes—clearly hinting that we should hurry up and leave. She didn’t ask if we wanted our sandwiches toasted, didn’t provide napkins, or even offer a cup for the fountain drink we paid for. I had to go back and request them, which should’ve been part of the basic service.
To top it off, just before we left, around 9:55 PM, I politely asked if I could quickly rinse my hands in the restroom. She immediately said both restrooms were out of order and refused to let me in. Given the timing and overall attitude, it honestly felt like an excuse rather than a legitimate issue.
Overall, the experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from a brand...
Read moreThis particular Subway is convenient to where I live. So it's only ideal that I would select this store to visit. The lobby was clean no complaints there. The staff was not friendly not welcoming and not dressed professionally. No hats or visers were worn by either of the individuals on staff this day. No wonder I found the long black hair in my sandwich that I had to pull out of my mouth before swallowing , Yummy nothing like a big long hair sandwich. We should have just left when we noted the brown lettuce and partially frozen veggies being served. We have had past issues at this same store with cursing and threatening to fight individuals who talk crazy from a blonde haired individual very ugly disposition she has its no wonder your tip jar is empty. We will bypass this store and go to another Cassie Atchley I hope you were not one on duty that day if you were a refresher on customer service and presentation of quality products would greatly benefit you and your team,or you should take better care on who you hire and leave in charge...
Read moreHighly disappointed in this Subway location. Went in for a couple of subs and there was one person in front of me and he ended up walking out. The lettuce and tomatoes were old and mushy looking and when the man asked for fresh she gave him some kind of explanation about not having time to do that every morning and said it with an attitude. Then she took the tomato bin out and reached in and started throwing the worst ones in the trash! The girl who was making the sandwiches kept ignoring the first person in line and started asking people behind what they wanted.
