I called about a hair appointment, they had me come in for a consult with Maddy. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and discussed a time frame for how long she expected it to take and scheduled me to come in the next day at 930am. I get a phone call the morning of the appointment at 915 am while I am parking and already arrived. They told me Maddy was concerned about the time restraints and wanted to reschedule for Tuesday. The original appointment was for fri 930 am. I needed to leave by 230 at the latest to pick my kids up from school. After I tell them I have already arrived they said to come on in and they'd speak to me. I go in and I wait, the receptionist gets Maddy to let her know I have arrived. Maddy then walks over to the back and is standing around speaking to 3 girls. All of them are looking over at me it's clear she's discussing me with them. Then one walks over about 5 minutes later and grabs a clipboard to take to Maddy. They stand in the back talking for another 5 minutes and periodically looking over at me. When Maddy finally comes over she doesn't discuss any of the concerns with me that amber the receptionist had on the phone. So I stop her and say are you sure you're up for this and can be done by 230. She goes on to explain she thinks she's gonna need more time. She thinks it will take her til 4 o'clock to do it. So I guess she was just gonna attempt doing my hair with the chance I'd be stuck there unable to get my child without being up front with me. All of this was discussed the day before during the consult. So to schedule someone then attempt to cancel the appointment 15 min before the appointment time is not just unprofessional but it also doesn't take a seasoned professional to know that's not how you do things. They wasted my time and gas money bc they have a lack of not just consideration of someone's schedule and effort put in to make sure I showed up on time but put me in a bind finding somewhere else to go and before the holidays. She should have been up front with me from the get that she was not comfortable doing the hair style I wanted and wasn't prepared for the appointment. I've never had any appointment take longer than 4 hrs for hair but she is saying she needed 5 to 7 hrs to do my hair. Hard pass. I'll stick with the professionals I trust. I have short hair, I'd be more understanding if I had a lot of hair and if it was long. Which is why we had the consult!!! To determine these things. I can't in good conscious recommend this place. They will waste your time and no doubt your money with what I'm certain would be mediocre...

I typically get highlights and low lights every 4 months. I went in to get my highlights yesterday, the girl I was assigned to did not show up and I was assigned to another student who assured me she knew how to do highlights. I explained to the floor supervisor what I had received in the past and she gave the girl about 3 sentences of instruction and then for the next 5 ½ half hours did nothing to help, instruct or assist the student even when I told her the girl needed help. I was there from 10:30am until 4:pm! Once my hair was rinsed, I was too tired to have it styled and left with wet hair. It was not until it dried that I realized my hair was bright orange! I called the store director, and her response was I could not have a refund, but I could come back for them to correct the issue. I spent $75 and now I do not trust them to fix my orange hair, and I will need to pay a professional stylist to fix their mistake. I think this is a terrible way to run a āprofessional beauty schoolā and I cannot recommend for any one to trust them with a hair...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMade an appointment online 2 days ago for today, Saturday. 11 am appointment, get there, sign in. Am told it will be a minute. Had 2 appointments made, perm for me and nails for my daughter. An hour a 20 minutes later I finally go ask how much longer. I am told they can't do either one today because all the students didn't come in. Want to know if I want to reschedule. Are you kidding?? No. I hear the instructor say, as I'm walking out, this is a school. No kidding. There's a thing called common courtesy. Could've called me, could've told me that when I first got there, could've come over to us anytime to tell us. But no, you wait until I come and ask. I'm sorry, my time is just as valuable as yours. I don't enjoy sitting for an appointment I made, for over an hour, just to be told you can't do it today! Have no idea how the services are and I will NOT be finding out. First impressions are...
