Horrible experience! Do not go here for repairs, battery changes, or anything at all for that matter! I brought my Michelle watch in for battery replacement. Upon first try they could not get the back off and asked me to leave it. When I returned to pick it up they said they could not get the back off and could cut it off for $200. I said no thank you and when I went to take the watch I found the back had multiple scratches and grooves and all screws were missing! When confronted they said $200 or get out! Would not recommend. Took 3 months to adjust a watch, the guy kept forgetting to call us to pick it up and whenever we went he said he was "too busy" even though there never would be any other customers there, and on top of that my boyfriend paid for the service when the watch was dropped off and when I went to pick it up myself he charged me again.
