I don’t ever write reviews — especially negative ones but just so nobody has to experience the same thing. Be warned. Here you go! I was excited to be seen my her so I reached out via phone call, no answer so I left a voicemail and no response. Ok cool.. multiple days later I commented under one of her posts in which she instructed to dm her so I did (on IG). Finally, I had booked an apt w the skincare guru! Woohooooo... Day of -she extracted my face very thoroughly; she got everything out so that’s why I am giving 2 stars. She gave me little sample packs of antibiotic ointment to apply on the affected areas to help them heal which actually clogged my open pores that she extracted which had me soooooo down. I get it. I’ve gotten facials before this was possibly my downtime or recovery and perhaps some would say she brought all the gunk to the surface. I left her place with a tomato red face. Super duper crazy looking. Whatever.. As I’m laying on the bed trying to relax she’s literally asking me “sooooo what do you want me to pull for you... serums and hydrator.. or...” and I’m legit like ummm crickets. Like sis I literally told her I only had $200. So on top of the facial price she like was hinting I drop a couple hundred more ...She asked me my budget and I told her and still was trying to instill in my head that I needed to take home multiple products... to curate like an at home skincare routine with products she recommends and sells at her place ..serums, hydrator, exfoliator..etc. I got an organic peel I believe the day I met with her and at the end of it she booked me down for a follow up facial for a price shy of $500...... that’s not a typo.. I was honestly so uncomfortable because it didn’t seem like she could relate to having other expenses and bills and I told her I could do like up to $300 per visit. I told her ok thinking damn now I have to save up like crazy, whatever. After my appointment I dm’d her thanking her for all her work and that my boyfriend was interested in a facial. She didn’t bother to say you’re welcome, how are you feeling, how’s the skin looking. Nothing.. I also told her I ended up calculating my monthly expenses and I actually couldn’t afford the next facial but asked if she could offer anything for a lesser price ... {I paid approx. $200 on the 1st visit... mind you I need acne scarring to be brightened.. don’t have severe cystic acne, melasma... I have moderate type skin ... I’ve achieved great results from certain toners and at home peels but it’s a slow process.. so I figured from an esthetician possibly quicker, and more efficient} ...she legit left me on SEEN. To this day. No type of reply. Almost as if she doesn’t care about regular people... She’s done certain “celebs” so maybe like she forgets that regular people are the ones that most likely helped build her way to where she is now. Natasha just truly left a bitter taste in my mouth. It all was just overall unprofessional because she was so pushy and seemed so money hungry. Her location is gorgeous and very lux feeling but at the end of the day all that glitters isn’t gold. Ofcourse she’ll reply to this and comment on all the things I need for my skin and how I have under the skin congestion and all these other factors but nah. I rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere ... where it’ll feel appreciated. And sure I get facials are a luxury and skincare is pricey but then why ask my budget or what I can afford if you can’t try and accommodate or work around it ? Thank you, but try practicing humility and genuine appreciation for everyday...

I had really toyed around with the idea of sharing my experience. It has been weeks and I sat and thought about it and after reading similar reviews to the experience I had I decided to post my honest review.

Exact to the reviews I’ve read- I booked my facial with Natasha. When I got on the bed she asked what my budget was I said “well, what do you think I need?” I wanted to trust her profession honest opinion. I had been experiencing a lot of redness and as a woman feeling very vulnerable and just wanting help I was open to what she suggested. She said I’m going to do 2 peels. She did minimal extractions, 2 peels and then put me under the hyperbaric oxygen for 30 minutes. When I was done she suggested I come back in 3 weeks. Upon checking out I did ask for any take homes she felt I needed. She recommended a face cream for $62 and 4 face masks each 5 dollars (not too bad) but when I went home I found the same masks on Amazon for 10 masks for $13 which really upset me.

So when she rang me up Natasha gave me a facial for $260, in my gut I felt ripped off. I so badly wanted to like the results of my facial to make me feel good for walking out of there with a ticket price of $360. It was not worth $260 dollars, then she suggested I come back and recommended a $360 dollar facial the next time. After she recommended the next facial 3 weeks later for $360 I then knew that her goal was not to help with my troubled skin her goal was to fill her pockets. I said to the receptionist I don’t want to spend almost $400 on a facial to be honest, she said I’ll just put you in for it and you can change it closer to your appt date. So fast forward 2 wks later I called to cancel the appt she pressured me into and tried to cancel. I told her assistant why I was canceling and how I felt about my previous appointment and how upset I was. Within five minutes I received a call from Natasha going on and on and on of how much training she has had and she used to work on Park Avenue and how her prices are competitive and she should be compensated for the knowledge that she has. And I do agree that anybody in the service industry should be compensated for their knowledge and education that they put into their work however I do not feel her facial warranted a $260 ticket and then she suggested three weeks later a $360 facial. Natasha would’ve had a lifelong client out of me and I do think it was very shortsighted how she conducts her business it’s definitely not good for client retention.
