Crazy Tacos — Restaurant in Cliffside Park

Horrible service. Staff is beyond rude. They’ve messed up my order a few times but this last time was the worst. I ordered an assortment of tacos including fish. When I picked up the order there were no fish tacos. The owner told me to bring my order back and he would swap out some of my tacos for fish. Despite the annoyance of this I complied, went back to the restaurant with my tray of tacos only for him to try and ignore me once I got there and then refuse to give me any fish tacos. He exclaimed that I never ordered any fish and he had it written down to prove it. Yea guy, you wrote it down wrong. Dude has a serious customer service problem. Good food but rude. Not sure why because I was nice everytime I went said hello thank you all with a smile and most times they wouldnt even say anything back. I even told them I loved their food one time and the guy just nodded. Sometimes I would be there a little earlier than the expected time and they would complain I need to come on time, which I responded with sorry I will be on time, and again, with a smile. When I didnt even complain about it or anything in the first place, just wanted to know if it was ready or not. Sometimes they would also serve old and hard soft taco shells too. Maybe they have something against asian men because from the reviews it seems like they’re nice to asian women. Weird vibes and energy overall sucks when people take your kindness...

Update: since then I tried nachos, quesadillas & bowl salad also. I don’t think they were as enjoyable as the tacos. I’ll just stick to the tacos going forward. I‘ll be ordering from them again and again because they don’t charge extra on Uber :-)

Tasty assorted tacos at such a good price. With the accompanied fresh rice and beans we put in there, My boyfriend and I got full after eating 3 each. With what we paid, can’t believe there’re still leftovers.

The best thing, every component tasted super fresh: the meat, the tortillas, rice and beans, the salsas etc.

FYI, the 10 tacos combo doesn’t include fish tacos, which I hoped to try. The green salsa is also very hot.
