This place is horrible. The only reason why I order over the phone with them to deliver to me is because they are the only bagel place near by in town and are right across the street. There customer service is horrible and they are always always always getting your food order wrong. I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches today and it took them 1 1/2hrs to deliver them and they all were cold. And I live just across the street from there business. I would never recommend them to anyone. I have given them numerous chances and each and every time they mess my order up so now I said enough is enough here is my review of this horrible business.

Not the most amazing bagel place I’ve been to, but it’s definitely a go-to for me. The staff are always friendly and the service is quick, which makes a big difference when you’re in a rush. My current favorite is their garlic bagel with egg, cheese, and meat—simple but satisfying.

This Bagel Shop has NO CLUE About Bagels or a Bagel Sandwhich They don't know how to cook an Egg ( Egg & Cheese ) my egg Had a brown Skin (Overcooked) I specifically asked them NOT to overcook my egg. They can NOT follow instruction When you critisize them , owner Manager became very defensive and claimed I'm the only person that complained. I asked the Manager if he ever heard of the saying " Customer is always Right ". Also, the wait time is horrible Takes too long to get your food

I dont know how this place has more than 4 stars in google reviews.... the only good thing about this place is that its super cheap but no thanks. I rather pay twice and have decent tasting food then this. This managed to make a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel taste horrible. Like how do you do that?.... also i asked for raw onions and they totally ignored my request.... ok now lets talk about their tacos 🤮.... again tacos aren't rocket science, its meat on a corn tortilla with maybe some onions and cilantro... yet again this place manages to make that taste horrible as well. I would never buy food from here ever again. And whenever i can i will make sure i tell my friends and family not to ever...

Food is always fresh and reasonably priced. Tex-Mex style infused menu that's delicious and the best bagels and croissants I've ever had for breakfast. Fast service, although a bit transactional (needs a bit more personality than a stone faced person pumping out orders as fast as they can). Overall, I would recommend this place at the moment. This location (different owners, I would assume) used to be an ice cream parlor and possibly changed hands a few times before it arrived at what it is today. Definitely serves a purpose for many working class folks every morning and at lunchtime from what I can see every day passing by. The parking lot is just across the street for...
