Jojo Burger — Restaurant in Cliffside Park

My experiences here have been great and this has definitely become my town burger spot of choice. I ordered Noah Burger again of course because it is one of the best burgers I have had in a while. I did go over my initial review with the owner (very nice gentleman), and he showed me how the food is made as well as the great quality of their meats! The combination with that egg and beef sausage really hits the spot. Again they nailed the cook on the burger just how I like it. This is apparently the standard way they do it which is why I did not have to specify when ordering! The burger was decent sized, and did a pretty good job filling me up. It was seasoned nicely and packed with flavor consistently. The fries are nicely cut shoestrings, which is what I like. I am not a fan of the thick cut ones so they did that quite well. My order really should speak for itself because when I go to a restaurant a second time, I often will order something different. The Noah Burger was good enough to where I did not even think about anything else on the menu (though I am sure they have other good selections). That said, I do enjoy their sides such as the tots, fries, and Union rings! The fact that I ordered the same burger again shows how confident I was that this was gonna impress and I can understand why he named it...

Jojo Burger welcomes you with beautiful aesthetics and artwork that captivates your eye in a heartbeat. Very clean and friendly staff that truly cared about the experience their customers were having. I would revisit this location based on the customer service alone. Now, the food:

Pros:

Flavor was present with each bite of the burger. Their barbecue and jojo sauce is so amazing I almost drank it

Fries were so fresh and well seasoned with crispiness out of every bite

Service was extremely fast and the food came out within 3-5 minutes of ordering.

Cons:

This is just my preference but I enjoy mash burgers as opposed to the average sized patties. These patties are too big for my liking and the brioche bun was also too big.

The strawberry milkshake was by far the worst milkshake I have ever had. It had a watery texture and tasted like cold tap water with whip cream.

Lastly, the price. For 2 burger meals and a veggie burger the bill totaled approximately $60. Seems too high for just 3 burgers with two sides of fries and a milkshake.

Eh, customer service was mediocre I guess they made me pay $5 for delivery they said the nearby town was too far. Wasn't even that far..., gave me a watery milkshake (a 12$ burger wasn't enough for delivery apparently had to order a 9$ milkshake to go with it) and a burger with an odd halal-tasting condiment not to my liking but I suppose that comes with trying something new. They didn't give me everything on top even though I asked for it, they just gave me the plain burger, think they went slightly over the promised half hour but I'm not sure on this. not sure what some of these reviews are saying they might be bots, because the burger size really was on the smaller side (yes bun included lol) leading me to think these reviews are automated or fake or something. now that i think about it anybody can post reviews on google reviews they're not legitimate unless they have pictures but I had already eaten my food prior to writing this review.
